DO NOT GO TO THIS PLACE for a haircut!! This was the absolute worse haircut I have ever had in my life!! I even had a picture and what she did was NOT even close to the picture!! She didn’t pay attention to how I wanted it cut as well as being uneven and not tapered or stylish at all. She does not know how to cut women’s hair. I had to stop her and I was very upset when I left there. I don’t know if she understands English very well but she didn’t follow the picture either. I was told to come back when it grows out and someone would “fix it” free of charge. Needless to say, I will never set foot in there again and you shouldn’t either if you want a nice haircut. My haircut is embarrassing!!

Online booking is a FARCE. They dont even follow it so what is the point of having it - it just misleads people who then waste their time and planning if they made their schedule around it. That was my experience.

Service was great, however $30 for two French braids on already brushed and washed hair is a lot..I pay $15 at the supercut by my house and thats with a wash and gel/hairspray...she did do a decent job on them....wont be returning due to pricing though

The hair stylists are very friendly, but they dont speak much English so it can be hard to communicate at times. I usually get a fade, and it comes out well, but for $18 its almost not worth going. Overall the haircuts arent bad but Ive definitely had better.

Convenient place to do my hair. Little waiting time on Sundays around 1:00 pm, my preferred time to go.

If I could do 0 stars I would I come in at 4 n the lady didnt want to do a high light n said she could do cause they didnt have the color bull who doesnt have red! Dont waste ur time

This franchise location has not received the same love as others on the area. They do not retain shared records with others in the area so I had to reinterate my haircut again. They also do not offer the military/first responder discount that other locations offer.

Its great when your in a hurry and you dont have time to wash and style your hair. It is pricey.

I was suprised my daughter got a better hair cut here then at the fancy kid salon and cheaper

You can walk in a get a great haircut for $20 or you can call and schedule a time to come

Seems pretty good. Cut my hair short and even just the way I wanted, and cleaned up with a hot towl. Not bad for $18.

They do a good job. Granted its the hair stylists who can make or break it. I have gone 4 times.

At least I can rely on this facility to be open. There is another storefront that is characteristically closed when they should be open.

My son went in for a trim, with a so called stylist,He had full set of hair, all we wanted was a trim, he came out with a military buzz, parts is his hair is longer hair line is uneven, called the manager Christina she didn’t care she just defended the so call stylist, AVOD this place, all they want is the $20.00 and tip

I was getting my hair cut here frequently. I buy my pomade here but this last purchase the pomade was hard and unusable. I went back to exchange it but they wouldnt let me without the receipt. Glad they care about their customers.
