Fantastic company to do business with. Duke Service provides quality service with an extremely knowledgable staff. The true joy in writing this review was the call with the service support staff. Jenny was a treasure while speaking with her on the phone. Jenny was not only professional and polite, but also very personable. Very rarely anymore is it every an enjoyable experience to call customer service. The aforementioned can not be said about the individuals working for Duke service! The technicians and the call with Jenny from customer service leaves me as a very happy Duke Service customer!
