Horrible experience !!!. Technician NEVER followed up on his visit. The service center R&S Appliance NEVER answers there telephone. R&S Appliance also NEVER replied to phone messages left. This was a total frustrating and a BIG headache experience. I will NEVER use this business again. NEVER !!!
