Ive been here at Madison Park for awhile now and I really like it. The staff that keeps our place looking good and keeping it clean are the best. Very nice and personable. As well as those who I have come in contact with in the front office. Especially Debbie. And I get compliments all the time from my guests.

We have lived a Madison Park for awhile and there have been a few people that have made it a much better place. Jennifer was super helpful moving to our new apartment. John is a very hard working and kind cleaning crew. Pedro is a timely and precise maintenance worker. Want to give all of them a shout out.

The worst place to live You will never feel safe. I was robbed twice. The first time they stole my bicycle from inside the house and the second time they took off the car and stole its contents I expect from the worst places I have lived in all my life

Great community to live in. Maintenance always took care of our issues quickly, staff was very helpful and extremely nice (especially Cecilia and Jeannette). I moved out due to personal reasons and the entire move out process was stress free and easy. Overall, i had a wonderful experience with this community and the staff!

Madison Park is not bad, it’s just not good either. If you are willing to do the research you can find much better places for the same price if not cheaper. We enjoyed the large floor plan, but did not have a great overall living/move out experience. Madison Park attempts to get you to leave a review early on just after your move-in, so I would strongly encourage you to look only at reviews of people that have lived there for a little bit.

I lived here for six years. It was fine in the first 2 years of residence, but into the third year, more and more problems arose. Roach problems are abundant. Even though they say they have pest control come out routinely, I never one in all my 6 years of living there.Plumbing issues happen on the norm. Only proves that the plumbing is old and needs to be replaced .My car was broken into twice in 5 months. Ive also heard of neighbors cars being broken into or their catalytic converters being taken.Someone tried to break into my apartment but failed thank God. Security is lacking as well.

I havent lived in a large apartment community before so its hard to compare this to anything else, but Ive really enjoyed it for the most part.There are a few employees that have been incredibly helpful: Janette, Debbie, and Jacob Rojas.Theyve helped me with several different problems and have been nothing but patient, friendly, and understanding. I dont know how often Madison Park management reads these reviews, but if anyone does, I just want you guys to know that you have some phenomenal employees!

We would like to thank our facility lady, Juana Gallegos, for her wonderful work. Everyday she cleans and mops, but now even more importantly, she disinfects everything due to Covid- 19, and feel we should praise her for this. Shes helping ensure our safety and health. Shes also friendly and caring, big asset to the staff of Madison spark.

I love this community. I have lived here for 2 years and Cecilia is very helpful. The customer service is amazing as well as the maintenance. It is a great place to live.

THIS PLACE IS A HUGE SCAM. We tried applying for this place and they gave us the run around for over a week. We were asked for bank statements/pay stubs multiple times after sending them multiple times. They switched our information to different leasing agents multiple times, and wed have to send our information again. They are all scatter brains and dont have any clue whats going on. You have to call them to remind them and make sure they have all your information. But good luck getting a hold of them, they never answer the phones. Honestly one of the most stressful places ive ever dealt with when applying for an apartment.We applied and put a hold down for a 2 bed for $2311, move in date July 6th, and waited for over a week to be told that we were approved, but the apartment we applied for was now under reconstruction because of the tenants that just moved out of it. Rebecca insisted that they had another unit that was exactly the same for they same price. I even asked her twice to confirm that it was same apt/price. A couple hours after that she called again and told us the other one available was actually for $2563. So basically they did the old switch and bait, and now that we are approved, they want almost $300 more in rent a month. WHAT WAS THE POINT OF THE HOLD?! After that she changed our applications to a completely different move in date with the new price. With absolute no consent or agreement for any of the applicants.I should of known by reading all the reviews that this place was shady, but we really needed to find a place fast. Rebecca acts overly nice, and its clearly fake. As soon as you call her out for her lies she flips the switch and becomes extremely rude with you. She will cut you off on the phone every time you try and express your concerns. So basically we were out the non refundable applications.Heres the kicker. The apartment we applied for is now back available online for the higher price they wanted. Even though we put down a $200 hold for this unit at a specific price, they told us it wasnt available anymore to try and get more money. The apartment was never under reconstruction, they just lie and try to get more money out of you. They probably saw what our income was, and my flawless credit, and wanted to try and get more. Its all sales. Dont fall for their lies. Dont apply at this place. Read the reviews. I didnt even get through the application without seeing the true colors of this place. Who knows how miserable the living experience would of been. Glad it didnt work.I uploaded pictures of where you can clearly see that they quoted us $2311 for D312 then tried to change it, but yet its now posted back online saying its available after Rebecca said it was under reconstruction. Rebecca hung up on me because I told her she was a liar. Heres confirmation thats what she is!

The maintenance staff is AMAZING!!! Everything is always clean, and if you need a repair, they will be there in an instant. I really wish I could name all of their staff, but Juana has been a gem

Decent amenities and living spaces, a little overpriced though for the area. Unfortunately, the maintenance team only sometimes responds to requests, and can be very loud, even at 7 in the morning.The office staff is wholly unhelpful, and if you decide to live here you should take a lot of photos on move-in as well as when you move out, they will attempt to take your whole deposit and then charge you on top of that for ridiculous items. They submitted DOCTORED photos of dirt in the bathtub, when we have photo evidence of the bathtub being clean on move-out.If you dont mind any of these issues, then Madison Park is a half-decent place to live.

One star just because it is a decent apartment complex and I had an ok time living there.The only issue we had with the apartment was the stove was very old and didnt work. The maintenance guys came to fix it but it still never worked properly so I was stuck cooking on the 2 smallest burners the 3 months we lived there.lets start from the beginning.We went to look at the apartment and were surprised when the rent price they gave us was $100 cheaper than listed online which was great because we were only there for 3 months. We moved in asap.Amanda, the manager or whatever she was (she never really introduced herself or her position) set us up with our apartment stuff. Not once did she tell me that most of the doors in the apartment complex were locked due to covid so the only way to get to the mail box was through certain gates. I also was not told that the only way to wash was with a card that could only be loaded in the mail room. Luckily I made friends there and they informed me of everything. Amanda never took the time to even inform us of anything related to changes due to covid. Amanda was very adamant that i left a google review for her though, so there you go, Amanda. (: She was not helpful at all and never responded when I had questions during the move out process.Now first warning.. when checking out the apartment before moving in LOOK UNDER THE TOILET SEAT! I did not check it and when I was cleaning the toilet when we moved in a bunch of nasty black and brown sh*t, literally sh*t, was still stuck inside the toilet. I threw away my new toliet bowl brush right away and never gave it a deep clean again because I was scared of literally cleaning other peoples sh*t.Also TAKE PICTURES OF EVERYTHING UPON MOVE-IN. We had minor paint chips under the sink from the trash can and they charged us for full paint job after moving out.They also charged us for cleaning the apartment even though we thoroughly cleaned it weekly.Our deposit was $500 and they returned $26.00 (:BTW RENTERS ARE ONLY LIABLE FOR DAMAGES EXCEEDING NORMAL WEAR AND TEAR! the rest of the deposit needs to be returned but their office cant understand basic renters law. (We tried to discuss all of this with them but they cant comprehend sh*t)The office employees are also incompetent and do not know how to read contracts properly.We were being charged $75 for our parking sticker when on the contract it stated we would only be charged for an unreturned remote, not the sticker. The stickers paint they so desperately needed returned actually got stuck onto my husbands car and i sent them a picture of the proof showing the sticker was now just clear plastic and they still needed me to return the sticker. so I wasted even more gas going back to return a blank stickerThey also charged us for october 1st when our lease was from july 2 to october 1st. We moved out on October 1st.They were really hard to get a hold of and after maybe 2 months we were finally able to speak to a manager that also told us the same sh*t.So basically, if you move in dont expect much help from the office and also dont expect your deposit to be returned.Also all of the amenities are closed due to covid which is why we moved there in the first place lol.Also, make sure to submit your 30 day notice before moving out even though your lease states what day youll be moving out. If you dont theyll automatically renew your contract for a higher price and youll be forced to pay because the contract states you still need to submit the 30 day notice.

This beautiful gated community, Madison Park, has been my home for almost 20 years. I moved here in July of 1997. I recently signed a new lease and I have no intentions to go anyplace else anytime soon, I like it here. It’s a beautiful community and the amenities are great! We have the main heated pool, large spa with waterfall, tennis courts, well maintained landscaping throughout the property, the clubhouse with the gym, theater, coffee lounge, and free yoga and zumba classes, etc, are just a part of the good living here. The general manager, the management team and the staff including everyone who works here are great people and hard workers on daily basis.I have to say that the recent improvements to the property have made the property more beautiful. The buildings have been painted with beautiful colors, the pool and spa area has been updated, all new furniture in the common area, the clubhouse has been updated throughout. I can go on and on but I like to leave some comments for next time.Hope to see you hereSaad

Called the office today and spoke with a woman that I think was named Asia. She was extremely helpful and cheerful! Wonderful service!Also, very pleased with the prompt service work. Every time I have requested service it was completed within a few hours.

Just moved into this apartment complex and already love it. We spoke to Amanda on the phone and she made the entire application process a lot easier for us. She helped us with everything and was extremely kind, patient, and informative. She even checked on us to make sure we understood everything and to make sure we are settled into our new apartment. The apartment is very clean and beautiful.

Rent is too high THEY HAVE roaches 🪳 🪳🪳 they have two pools but they are closed for about almost 2 years the pool you have to walk all the way to the main office to swim in the open pool ...

I’ve been living at Madison Park for about 6 months now and I just want to say that Juana has done such a great job on our side of the complex. She is a very hard worker and her work speaks for itself. It’s always nice and clean and the laundry room is always kept up. She is also a very sweet, friendly and pleasant person always walking around with a smile on her face. Thank you Juana for keeping it nice and clean.

I lived at this apartment complex for 2 years and I definitely don’t recommend it. This place is infested with roaches, the parking lot isn’t safe (my car was broken into) and the staff isn’t as helpful. They make you feel very welcome the first few months, but afterwards they just forget about you. This complex has been going downhill ever since last year. While COVID, the staff stopped being helpful. They locked themselves in the front office and pretty much left all the residents to fend for themselves. They always forward calls, ignore emails, and they stopped cleaning laundry rooms, hallways and parking lots. Overall, their COVID response was pretty much nonexistent. The moving-out process was also terrible and very unorganized. Since they don’t answer calls or emails, it made it very frustrating and hard for my family and me. That alone deserved 0 stars. And like many other reviews point out: THEY WILL KEEP YOUR DEPOSIT AND CHARGE YOU! Don’t be tricked by their low deposit promotions. They’ll charge you at least 1,000 after you have moved out. I definitely don’t recommend living at this complex. I’m glad I’m out of here.

My wife and I absolutely love it here! The grounds are always well kept, its cozy and quiet. The amenities are excellent!. The food trucks are great especially when you dont feel like cooking. The staff here is very friendly and courteous. Beth B. is an amazing woman and very professional, maintenance is very quick to fix any problems like plumbing. The overnight guards put us at ease knowing that we are not in any danger. Plus the events and holiday festivities make it better. Definitely recommend living here.

I just move-in and had the best experience from my in initial walk in to the move in process. Its my first time living on my own, so the process of looking for an apartment was very stressful and scary. As soon as I walked in, Imelda greeted me and walked me over to her desk. She was very friendly and inviting that I immediately felt comfortable. She listen to what I was looking for and my concerns. She started with meeting my needs and goals. She is an excellent listener, her service sold me right away. I felt like this was meant to be my new home since I felt I was in good hands. Thank you Imelda for all your hard work and being you. I love Madison park, my new apartment to all the amenities they have to offer. If I could give more stars, I would give a 10 all the way around. Defiantly a place to consider for anyone looking.

They just took very high rents and when time for service i got answer from staff they couldnt do anything for this. I live in apartment there is no security even not security camera if anything happen in laundry room with you or your cloth apartment ppl have no responsibility. i really not recommended any one to come here and live bcz if you wanted to donate your expensive cloth in laundry and than definitely anyone come and liveone day someone took out my cloth from laundry room and throw outside from laundry room and again somebody stole all my expensive cloths from Laundry room and here office ppl didnt care about anything. why should they care they dont pay that expensive rent or its not their clothes.They can put security cameras in lobby or laundry room but why should they do this expenses they are here to taking money not to provide any security or servicereally disappointednever recommended to anybody

When we moved in to this place we were head over heels in love with it. Amanda was super nice and showed us around and even ended up being our neighbor. The amenities were amazing while it lasted however once the pandemic hit we lost those privileges with no discount to our rent.Our apartment was nice, but faced the parking lot. All night long, lights shone through the blinds and we could hear people and cars going by. Once we lost the gym and pools, our honeymoon phase was over.We had to break our lease early because a family member got sick and we moved to help them. We had to pay DOUBLE the months rent just to leave. Its not so bad we thought, well just deep clean the place ourselves so we dont get charged extra. WRONG!Did the video walkthrough for moveout and they said everything looked fine. After moving out we were hit with nearly another full months rent of charges for things! When we asked about the charges they sent us 5 photos to justify everything one of which was a picture of freshly vacuumed carpet. Another image shown damage done to the inside of the hall cabinet that we did not cause, we showed those cabinets during the video walkthrough and they were undamaged. We had to ask 3 times over the course of a month to get a response about what the charges were.No wonder more and more people are moving out of this place. Do your self a favor and find somewhere else to call home.Pros:Amenities (if theyre open)Friendly staffPlenty of resident parkingCons:Hard water which ruins dishwareAnimals everywhere and dogs just barking at people from their balconies.Hidden move out chargesLOTS of loud neighbors.Unresponsive management

We’ve been here almost a month. We are so happy in this community. We haven’t been able to enjoy the pools or gym because of Covid but we are still so happy! We love our new home and the staff here is great! Very responsive.

My family and I had a wonderful experience leasing. The leasing manager Imelda went above and beyond to assist us to make sure we understood everything in Spanish (for my mom). All the staff in the leasing office was nice. The community is always clean and they always have a lot of resident activities. We are very happy to be here. Thank you Madison park for being amazing place to live. :)

Despite not having my own covered parking slot, Madison Park has been an awesome experience from the initially contract arrangement with Amanda at the front office to the welcoming feeling I received from all the tenants within the community. Very clean, safe, and friendly environment. Im always running into the cleaning lady Juana, who greets everyone with a welcoming smile. I would recommend Madison Park to family and friends. Madison Park has also since upgraded their security to include the new amenity feature so that tenants feel safe and wont have to worry about outsiders taking advantage of there recreational property.Thanks,Madison Park

A unique apartment complex.

Ive been living at Madison Park for almost a year. There have been difficulties but the maintenance team took care of it pretty quickly. The grounds are cleaned all of the time and the cleaning crew is always nice. Its not a bad place to rent. Very diverse. Staff always answers questions.

BEAUTIFUL complex! Everything here is just amazing. 10/10 recommend everyone to check it out. Amanda is great shell give you the best treatment you can receive as well as a tour of the luxurious apartments.

These first few weeks at Madison Park have been amazing. Amanda was our initial contact here and made the process from signing to moving in very smooth. I’ve lived in these apartments for 3 years and have loved every minute of it. I had a problem with my bathroom sink and my door stopper broke off. This all happened last night. I submitted my request to have it fixed today and was helped the same day!! Pedro came to save the day! He did such a phenomenal job fixing my wall. It looks completely different and he is so polite. Honestly, he is one of the best employees here. He can fix anything. Thank you Madison for having such a great crew. I didn’t even mention the amenities! They are all well taken care of. Everything looks just like the pictures.

This is my first time having a place of my own. I moved in a week ago and its been a great place to live. The gym, pool area and bbq pits are great! Kristen was very friendly and made the process and simple.

Moved into my new apartment today. Worked with a leasing rep, Amanda, who was very helpful and easy to work with. I particularly appreciated the fact that she answered all my questions via email quickly which made the process smooth. So far I really like the place.

Finding a new apartment usually comes with a lot of anxiety and second guessing. Not so in this case - for one thing, the community itself is a hidden gem. Tucked behind the gates in a neighborhood you probably wouldnt think twice about is a property with resort-style pools, a killer gym, a great common space for coffee and some computer time. Even a movie theater. (Yes, really..)But above all else, its the staff here that really left me with no doubt that this was the lease Id be happy to sign. Specifically, Amanda D. in the leasing office. I wish I could give her TEN stars, not just 5. 5 doesnt do her justice. She made the process so easy, so welcoming, and so smooth - despite my many and varied dropped balls and (unintentionally) high maintenance ways - that this property was the immediate forerunner in my hunt for a place to call home, and that decision has proven to be every bit as satisfactory as hoped for.Great property + amazing staff = happy tenant.

Im going to give this apartment complex an honest review with pros and cons for anyone else looking into living here.Pros:- complex has a lot of amenities that are well kept like the pool, theatre room, gym, computer center etc. but they have not been open since the pandemic started...yet youre still getting charged for them.- everything from the outside looks pretty clean like the landscaping and property management is helpful when first looking to move into a unit.-complex has many floor plans and the the rooms in the apartments are pretty big.Cons:-only given two parking passes even though theres plenty of parking for more passes to be given. some people would pay for extra parking. otherwise youre walking 5 minutes to get to your apt.-window panes are very thin and you can hear all the cars and tweakers outside.- upon moving out, expect to received a $1k+ move out fee even though you left the unit in a clean state. for instance, getting charged $800 for carpet pet stains even though you didnt have any pets.- packages are stolen here. theres no security cameras. peoples cars get stolen like my roommates and property management doesnt do anything. - domestic violence is heard every other day.CONCLUSION: the complex sells you on all the amenities but what they dont tell you are the hidden move out fees, how loud it is at the complex, the amount of people living there(overcrowded), how bad parking sucks, domestic violence is ubiquitious, and tweakers that are always walking up and down the sidewalk. Dont make the same mistake moving here like I did.

These are very pet friendly apartments with several dog walking stations. Staff is always very attentive and answers to requests promptly.Asus, Gina, and Beth are always a great help to all my tenant needs.Maintenance requests are also always resolved in a timely manner.A big plus for me...I always see the amenities being cleaned daily. The cleaning staff does their best of up keeping this very large apartment complex.Juana is a very friendly member of the cleaning staff. She has been very helpful beyond her daily duties and always greets everyone with a smile and warm hello.Like any other place it cannot literally be perfect, but I love living here and hope to stay for years to come.

My car was towed last week even though the car is registered at the office. Paid $275 to get it out. Almost towed again the next day except the amazing Security Officer intervened. Called, emailed, left vms MULTIPLE TIMES DAILY at the office (which is closed to the public). No answer yet! Cant stay at my own apartment because I cant park anywhere where is safe for me and my car! Still waiting to hear from them!

I just moved in to this apartment community and I’m very happy and impressed with the grounds, amenities and most of all the exceptional customer service. Imelda my leasing agent was on top of my process from beginning to end and even made sure the minor items I notice after Move in where taken care of ASAP. The studio cannot fit both a bed and a couch. Youre paying for pools, tennis courts and gyms, but cant access them in the pandemic and they wont give you a discount

Everything is good except your car safetyI moved here about 6 weeks ago and last week my car was stolen in the parking lot. Also, you should pay 60$ for a new parking permit. It happened to my neighbors car as well!!

Moved in a few months ago, so far so good. Staff is nice, seems like they might need a few more in the office since its hard to reach them sometimes but they usually get back promptly. They have an online system to pay rent and submit service requests so thats helpful since its such a large complex you dont always have to call them directly.

Looking for a one-bedroom for myself I would love to move into these going to call them soon

We recently went for a tour a couple of weeks ago with the I intent of moving in the Fall. BUT after touring the apartments with Amanda, seeing all of the many amenities at this complex, and the amazing rental price... we just had to jump apply and next thing you know, we were approved. So far everything has met our expectations :)

Ir is really sad to see that Madison Park apartments dont care about essential workers in this time of crisis. I risk my life going to work every day only to come home at night and find no parking except for the parking lot 1/4 of a mile from my apartment. Last night and for the past few weeks it has been raining and very cold. That is exposing my immunity further. Please Madison Park, give an assigned parking spot to essential workers during this pandemic.

So happy with our new apartment! There are SO many amenities. The apartment has so much space. Everything is in perfect condition. Love the patio, huge closet & fireplace. Parking is not an issue. Tons of spots. Gena, in the leasing office, made our moving experience really easy. She was very helpful. Thank you!!

I have had an amazing experience living here. The staff is one of the most helpful staffs I have ever seen for any company and they bend over backwards to help you. I have seen People write bad reviews saying they are rude or unhelpful and thats just not true. I made a mistake on the rent when I first moved in and they helped me fix the problem asap. They have security on property 12 hr a night and they walk around and do a great job the Maintenance staff fantastic. Always on time and works very hard to make everything work. The grounds are clean and the pools clear. I can honestly say this place is about as good as it gets for the price. Thanks MP for a great experience.

I just want to say how extremely helpful Amanda at Madison park was. My move was so stressful because of work and personal events and she did everything to make my life easier with helping me getting everything in line to move into this apartment and she was always on top of things. She was almost always available to me (except days off which is completely understandable) and I want to make a point to say she actually responded on a day off to help me. She was so helpful from the moment I walked through the doors as a prospective renter to the move in and is still checking in to this day to make sure any concerns have been addressed and taken care of. Amanda is by far some of the best customer service I have ever come across. She is an extremely valuable asset to this park and if she should ever move on to future endeavors any place would be lucky to have her. For future residents of Madison Park this is your go to person. I also want to note that when I moved in I had a couple things I pointed out in the apartment to Amanda and she immediately notified maintenance the crew came in a fairly timely manner (it’s a big place they can only do so much in a day) and when they did come they didn’t rush me through things or act like “hurry up I gotta go” they were very pleasant to work with, one guy in particular and I wish I had caught his name but I did not unfortunately.

Have been living here for a little over a year .Unfortunately their customer service, specifically their bookkeeper Beth Bressler, is the rudest, meanest, and heartless person I have ever dealt with.Unprofessional, she has a horrible temper, and is incredibly disrespectful.Run and do not even think about renting here

This apartment complex, honest to god, was the worst living experience from start to finish in my to years living here. I knew being a more “affordable” apartment complex there would be some hiccups with this place. But it only got worse.This apartment complex wrongfully entered into my apartment claiming that I had ordered a pest control service. I had made a complaint to them saying that is illegal and that they had to give me 24 hour’s notice to enter into my apartment. I made my complaint to the GM Autumn even giving her a letter that they broke the terms of our lease agreement.I started getting threatening letters on my door from the office staff that I could not have plastic lawn chairs or a foldable wooden table on my balcony because it didn’t meet their “image” of a luxury apartment complex. None of this was stated that I couldn’t have this on my balcony in my lease agreement. I again made complaints to the GM Autumn who obviously did not care and clearly acts like she doesn’t care well. I had to take my complaint to the regional manager of MG Properties Jennifer and they finally stopped harassing me. But it didn’t end there. A few months down the road they came into my apartment for an inspection that this time they did give me proper warning for this time. Asis from the office came into my apartment saying “well they have nice furniture inside, I don’t know why they can’t have nice furniture on their patio.” All of which was caught on my camera by the way. Just let it be known they WILL profile you.The office staff is also either inefficient or don’t even know what they are doing half the time either because there has been countless times I have given them my parking permit number, driver license information and then they turn around and ask me for the information again. It’s not such a secure feeling when it’s your personal information.Lastly, this community is pretty grimy. Being a dog owner who cleans up after their dog, most people in this apartment complex do not so watch your step. Also, people will let their dog freely walk off leash like they own the place. Have a sense of courtesy of people around you. The last month I lived here people also started having their wheels and tires stolen off their cars. I saw at least three vehicles this happened to in my last month there.My advice to the office staff and GM Autumn were to actually fix the issues of the community rather than harassing a good tenant like I was. I doubt they will listen though.

IvI been living here since March of last year and the staff in the residence relations office are all so nice. But I have to admit I still go to a couple of people in the leasing office for help, just because they are so nice to me. There is one person in that office that I have to say is amazing, Gina. She has always made time to help me and hear whatever problem I am having that day and she actually listens. Gina act like more then a staff here. She really shows she cares.

I have been living here for the last 3 years and I havent had any problems. The staff (Debbie, Velvet and Beth) are helpful and work with you if there is an issue. If you need anything to be fixed, maintenance (Alfredo and Pedro) are always on top of fixing things, they get the job done. Juana does an extremely great job keeping the buildings clean. The staff, maintenance and cleaning crew always greet you with a friendly smile and I am glad they are making it comfortable living here. Never had a problem finding a parking spot, even though there are more cars than parking spaces. Also love that it is pet friendly. My apartment has been quiet except frequently there is a dog barking on the balcony.

I moved to MP in August 2015 and I really enjoyed my time there the apartment is clean and the design is good I like it. And its one of few compounds that have a clean pool and gym, and I also like the sport room I had good time there. And the stuff is really good and helpful I had some issues with my AC and my bathroom and they send someone to fix it right away. I would really recommend this compound. 😊

I moved into their studio in May and am sad to say that I will be terminating my lease early. Even before I moved in, this place had BAD reviews but I figured the new management would improve the conditions and they have competitive pricing that fit my budget. I even talked to some residents who have lived here for years and loved it so maybe its just personal preference. I wanted to give this place a chance but its become unbearable.PROS:-The staff that Ive met here have all been really nice. The people in the office, the maintenance staff, and even the security guards.-Management does occasionally plan events/things for residents such as food trucks and free brunch.-The amenities and common areas are nice. Theres a 24 hour gym, pool/Jacuzzi, playground for kids, ping pong table, pool table, and theyre in the process of building a fire pit.CONS:-This place is super dog friendly so there are dogs everywhere and all different breeds. People that live here do not pick up after their dogs so there is poop EVERYWHERE you walk. EVERYDAY. The dog park has become so filthy with poop that I stopped taking my dog there. A lot of the dogs Ive met here are also mean and bark all the time.- Ive had to call maintenance several times. They were quick to respond, but they left my place worse or didnt even fix the issue. My apartment had major bug issues (Im talking maggots and roaches) and even after maintenance came by twice, I still have them.-Plumbing issues, AC issues, water leakage, and the water for the entire building shuts off often.-My laundry got stolen. I wasnt too upset until I brought it up to the office and they said they werent going to do anything. They have cameras installed in the gym, I dont think its that much more work to install a camera in every laundry room and that seems to make more sense. Ive heard several residents complain about this but management doesnt want to deal with the hassle.-Its beyond easy for anyone to just walk into the property. The gates dont do anything.-The office staff couldnt care less that Im terminating the lease early. They just say Aw Im sorry to hear that but dont ask why or what they could do to improve the place. They dont really seem to care about feedback.

I love this place. The only downside I have to say is that as of yesterday, they started charging for the coffee in their coffee shop. Normally I would be fine with that, but its literally like a quarter cup. I cant help but think thats straight up greed right there. I used to enjoy my days off and go into that room with a nice book and read for a few hours and enjoy a cup of coffee or two. Now, I rather go to AMPM and get more coffee for a cheaper price and just read at home.

I like the apartment a lot except for the parking. They have great amenities and community. Mary was the one who helped me with apartment sign-up, and shes really helpful and friendly. Talk to her if you ever need help.

Imelda was the BEST at helping us through our application process. She was efficient in getting paper work in order and went above and beyond to ensure we got our apartment. I could tell she was making us a priority, even though she was extremely busy, and felt I was in great hands. She even called the day after move-in to check-in and make sure we were happy!Kristen was great with getting us situated on our actual move-in date. She was patient as we figured things out and made herself available for any of our questions or concerns. With this kind of service, Im very excited to live here and looking forward to making Madison Park my home :)

If I can give a 0 star rating, Lord knows that I would. Not even after 12 hours of living there they towed my car. I was told that there are no set parking spaces anywhere in the complex, After looking through all the paperwork that I was given I could not read anything at all about parking situations. I called and called and not once did anyone get back to me on this issue, I spoke to Krystrn in person and she told me that she will call me back which she has not. So, I am now outover $200 because these people are full of itVery unprofessional staff, highly disappointed for how much rent is for the quality of respect and professionalism that I receive in return

I love living here! Always clean. The lady Juana keeps her area very clean. When she is not working i can notice it and she always has a smile on her face.

I moved into Madison Park about a month ago and have had a fabulous experience so far. There were a couple things that needed to be fixed in my apartment and I was able to put in a maintenance request online and within 24 hours not only were the issues fixed but replaced. They upgraded my ac unit and my medicine cabinet when it just needed to be fixed. Madison Park also has complimentary Yoga and Zumba classes each week with great instructors! On top of that, every Tuesday they have a different Food Truck come to the apartments. Overall this place is a great community to live in!

I’ve lived here almost a year now and have not had any bad experiences. Only complaint is not enough visitor parking.

I moved in about October 2018. There were some major repairs that needed to be done for the complex I reside in. The management and maintenance team were great. Now its done and all is good.

I am suprised by any negative ratings. I love it here. Managment is amazing. I walked out of there with smiles. They were so helpful and positive. Thank you Kristen and Terry (the 2 awesone people I worked with). Resident services are also super helpful and friendly.The apartment is beautiful and super comfortable. I love the layout. I had a few problems in the apartment, and Kristen sent out maintenece people (plural) to fix everything the next day!The grounds are beautiful, always clean and kept up. Amenities are amazing. Every person I met here has been nice and helpful.Its really cool- there are fun extras every month. For example, the day before Valentines Day, they showed a movie outside on the lawn with refreshments included for free, a taco truck was here last week, just to name a few. Also, there is an online bulletin board where residents can post information and talk to each other.I truly cannot say enough about this place. I am so happy to move in here. If I were you. I would check it out before reading any bad reviews. Thia place rocks!

My son and I went and toured the Apartments yesterday. The property is nicely kept and Gena was more than helpful with the millions of questions I had. Great staff and beautiful property!

This place is nice. I had my bike stolen so that sucked. But I blame myself for leaving it on the patio and the person that stole it. Pet friendly with a good staff and plenty of amenities. Just lock up your stuff and its all good.

If you are reading this, take this as a message from god himself to stay the hell away from this place. Probably one of the worst places Ive ever lived. Ive had so many problems with my apartment from the sewage pipes always leaking frequently, the AC leaking from the ceiling, to even toxic paint pouring from under the sink! Ive even seen maintenance dump the sewage waste onto the soil outside our door. Ive had my bathroom infested with drain flies. Yet time after time maintenance was only able to subdue these problems. Also the sliding closet doors literally always come off after a few weeks, so you have to put them back in yourself which becomes tedious. This place feels so overcrowded you hardly feel like you have any privacy sometimes. If your apartments windows arent facing west or east you will get hardly any sunlight. Neighbors and random people always find the smallest things to complain about, people wont keep to themselves. The quality of the apartment is so cheap, literally almost wall paper is used for the floor and counters. It will eventually begin to peel. Kitchen is very small, especially for an apartment. Dont get me started on the cockroach problems either. As for the amenities dont let those fool you in unless you somehow plan to always use them as thats what you are mainly paying for anyways. All I can say is the gym is decent, my high school weight room was better than that thing. Also the theater room literally has the worst sound system ever, with like a 720p projector. As for the parking you will hardly get any good places to park half the time. The spaces that are never taken can be pretty far depending on where you live. Plus you can only have 2 parking permits which can be very inconvenient for some. Also there is somewhat of a safety hazard as there are sometimes some crazy homless junkies wandering around outside, when its not even that hard to get inside the complex. Keep in mind when you leave after your lease you will likely get charged with more fees. I can go on and on with this place, consider this a last resort.

The reason why everyone is always waiting with there cars for someone to open the gate it’s probably because cars get broken into and get their gate controllers stolen. And when you asked for a replacement for a controllers they ask you to pay $75 for a replacement even though you tell them that your car got broken into and controller stolen.. now I just wait every day after getting from work because both of my controllers got stolen so now we can’t open the gate and we ain’t paying $75 for a replacement when they just get stolen from your cars. When you park your car don’t leave anything valuable. Take your gate controller with you too. And check for your stickers because the thieves take the permit stickers and when your car gets towed the apartment complex doesn’t pay. My car got towed because it had the car permit stolen and had to pay out of my pocket to get out. Absurd had my car towed in my own apartments because people steal parking permits. Oh and to cancel your lease it’s two month worth of rent so keep that in mind.. so if your rent it’s 1,600 you have to pay $3,200 to cancel your lease.
