Rockets did a fantastic job rebuilding my transmission! I took it in on a Monday and I had my van back on Wednesday. He did it at a fair price too. Courteous and professional. He returned my calls promptly and answered all of my questions.

Incredible service! Rocket explained everything that needed serviced. Instead of just going ahead and fixing what needed fixed, he sat down and explained what needed to be done making sure i was fully aware. Other places i have went they have just taken it upon themselves to just fix it without a complete okay. He was very informative and asked me if it was okay to make the repairs that were needed before just assuming I had the money to do it. His prices are great and he works very hard. Had Rocket install a transmission cooler. He did the work in a timely manner and talked to us about what the cooler will and wont do for us (added it to tow a small camper with a small car) and reminded us that we will be using the trailer to camp, remember not to be in a hurry, enjoy the ride because stopping and going are the big stresses on the tow vehicle. Great experience and will use him again for any transmission work.

I WORK AT A BAR IN TOWN AND I KNOW WHEN SOMEONE HAS BEEN DRINKING PLUS IT SMELT LIKE A BAR IN THE WAITING ROOM.... VERY CLEAR THAT HE WAS DRUNK!!!!!!!
