I have to get my blood drawn on a regular basis due to a autoimmune disease. I have to manually keep my electrolytes in check so about every six weeks. This used to be my favorite lab Corp. However, the last couple of times I have been there the customer service was less than stellar. My last visit the two employees left myself and another individual in the lobby waiting while she very loudly complained about her boss and “working late” for ten minutes. She then forgot to draw two of my blood samples. My doctor called and said I need to have my blood drawn again because she didn’t do it correctly. I have to be off my meds 24 hours to have my blood drawn so it’s quite a hassle. The time before that the blood draw was mixed up with someone else’s sample causing my test results to be extremely skewed. Scary and alarming off. I was immediately sent back for a re-test at quest and this time my labs were normal. I’m done with this location. Never again!!!

Just had a small suv labeled LabCorp come tearing through our neighborhood well over the posted speed limit and past several children playing. What kind of company is this!!!

Horrible place they lost my 14 month old blood and l keep calling and they did not even bother to answer my calls do not go there they are not professionals
