The receptionist was very welcoming, the waiting area, which I didnt use very long, was nice and clean. The lady that did my fingerprints was very professional and friendly. I didnt feel rushed even though I walked in. I appreciated that they offered Saturday hours, something that I couldnt get in the metroplex.

The staff at the Amarillo location are very friendly and professional. I had setup an appointment but their systems were down so they called me once it was back up and serviced me when i came back. I was there for the TSA pre-check and they walked me through the whole process making it easy and quick. They do offer other services like testing so its something I can come back for later. System issues are an everyday occurrence in todays world and its how you handle business in such situations and this location were wonderful and took care of me. Overall a great experience and will be back for other services. If you need TSA pre-check registration done, I recommend this location.

They surpassed my expectations on customer service i went in fasted and had mentioned i was hungry so they got me out within 30 minutes and they were so nice, now these days you dont get service like that. And to boot he got me a cheaper price then what he had quoted on the phone. And the results came earlier than expected. So if you need any labwork or their b12 shots i 100% recommend them

The person who answers the phone and works the front desk could take a couple classes on customer service. First I was lied to, then was giving an excuse why they don’t have a certain test. Complete waste of time and energy.
