Good service, equipment was in good condition, staff very friendly and helpful.

These guys do extended warranty work for Lowes. They require a $120 pre-approval for any work outside the warranty. After my experience with them, Id bet that they manage to bill everyone about a hundred dollars. They changed my spark plug, falsely claiming it was fouled. They changed the oil, in a B&S just Check & Add engine. They sharpened my 2 week old lawn mower blade. Since that wasnt quite their target invoice, they added a twenty dollar handling charge. My advice: Stay away; stay very far away!

Would give ZERO stars if that was an option. If you want to deal with a rude, sarcastic, very unprofessional staff then this is the place for you! They refused to honor the reservation I made through Budget truck rental website even though the truck was sitting out front and they had already charged my card... The owner told me to go ahead and write a bad review, so here it is! WARNING DO NOT GIVE THIS MAN YOUR BUSINESS!!!!!!!
