I would highly suggest using another vendor. I live out of town and wanted to set up my rental over the phone or online. They do not offer this. I had to have a family member go to the office to complete in person. The staff was not knowledgeable about the services they offered. Delivery and set up were 2 different charges. The staff had the incorrect credit card information for our order. Their solution was to call and tell me they were going to cancel my order or move me to the end of the list for delivery. Verna or Mona was her name and turns out she is a main boss there. She was incredibly rude and has zero cares about customer service.

Great rental place. We havent had a single piece of equipment fail and weve rented everything from a blower fan to a genie boom. But my personal mask policy to never wear a mask and their mask mandate dont mix so I wont be stepping foot in there until everyone realizes that these masks do nothing but make people feel safe.If you dont mind wearing a mask I highly recommend A-Team Rental.

These guys are the worst at mentioning rental rates on equipment! I recommend using Rabern Rentals or Sunbelt, at least they have the courtesy to mention the rates to save you money instead of screwing you!

Was very nice to hold the equipment for me I had to drive an hour to rent some equipment but when I got there and they told me they would not rent to me unless I had a credit card and would not take good Cash or debit card said there was no exception that should be one thing you mentioned to a customer if you want to have a good business so I went to Rabern rentals they were wonderful $100 cheaper and took debit card no problem so if youre from out of town and need a good rental call Rabern rentals they were much more help than A-team and if you do rent from here be sure to bring a credit card because they will not accept cash or debit cards from out of town citizens not worth the trouble

Great equipment. Delivery was excellent. Better price than local Big Box store rental even with the delivery cost. Company was also quite responsive to text messages and provided good phone support when we had a mild operator problem. All around a great experience.

The only reason they got 1 star is because I could not do -0- stars.I called ahead of time looking for an item and was told they were in stock. I asked what information/paperwork/etc... To check these items out and was told NONE. I went in to rent these items and had to give 2 personal references and their phone numbers and addresses was asked to verify my employer and also they wanted to verify my home address, ALL WITH PROOF of DOCUMENTS.Will not rent from them, or reccomend them. I walked into Rabern, 5minutes and KEEPING Mine and my friends personal information, I walked out with what I needed.Shame on you A team trying to gather personal information to make a dollar on the side to sell personal information.

Saved our whole Fortnite Nerf Battle! Customer rep Rudy and Dallas were both so helpful even on a Saturday. The fog machine we rented worked perfectly. Fair price, cool reps., and extremely informative about their equipment. Highly recommended. Thank you for being there A-Team Rentals!

Ive rented from most all companies in town for my business. This one is my least favorite. First, the good. The workers Rudy and Dallas are nice. They are also slightly cheaper than some other companies. Now the bad. The equipment is 50/50 on whether you get a decent working piece of equipment. The owner Vona is very rude and just unpleasant to do business with in general. Ive picked up trailers and had to immediately point out nails that were there as I always inspect equipment and take pictures of issues that I think I could be blamed for. Ive never had these issues with equipment or trailers with General Rentals, Rabern Rentals and United Rental. Ive never used anything other than equipment and trailers from a team but if there other rentals are similar Id go to party time events on Washington next door to Rabern. As far as policies Id say a team is on par with everyone else. Verify address, leave credit card on certain items and Make sure you can haul what you are picking up properly. All in all Id recommend the other companies I mentioned. It is worth paying $30 more dollars to not lose multiple hours in man labor due to poor equipment performance.

Terrible place!! Do not rent here!! I rented tables and chairs and the tables were terrible!! The owner was very rude and simply did not care about any of it!! DO NOT RENT FROM THIS PLACE IF YOUR HOSTING ANY KIND OF DECENT EVENT!!

These people are truly great people. Bend over backwards to do right by you. I just adore them! I am glad to be back in Amarillo where the best people reside and so business! Remember, treat people with the kindness you wish to receive.

They are only getting one star because it doesnt give me the option of giving them 0. I rented an airless paint sprayer told them what type of paint I was using. They gave me a paint sprayer and the paint would not come out of the nozzle. I took the paint sprayer back told him it would not work they would not find me a bigger machine or refund me my money. Avoid this place!!!!

The only place rent from, they are reasonable, the staff is friendly And very prompt. Normally I walk in and Im driving out with equipment within 10 minutes I Rent from them on a regular basis because of this.

We went in to rent a sewer snake and wound up walking out because of one rude employee that did not know what she was talking about. We will never go back and will be sure to tell everyone we know about our experience with ATeam. Edit in response to Owner ... The fact is you know very little about plumbing. You telling an experienced plumber what tool he needs to use to do a job is ridiculous unless of course you have a plumbing license. You can take this next statement to the bank. You will get nothing but bad publicity from me when I am telling contractors about ATeam.

TERRIBLE BUSINESS. My fiance and I are getting married and called two days ahead about renting 12 white chairs for a very small intimate ceremony on the 4th of July. We were specifically told that we can pick them up on the third, since they are closed on the 4th, and then drop them back off on the 5th for a one day charge. We went to pick the chairs up today (the 3rd) and were told that white chairs can only be by delivery and we missed their delivery time. They do not allow customers to take white chairs for fear that they will get ruined. Apparently we should have made a reservation for delivery on the 2nd which we would have gladly done if their employee would have given us the CORRECT information. They were not willing to work with us or help in any way now that we have no chairs due to THEIR mistake despite me offering to wrap each chair to keep it clean (mind you these chairs are already scratched, scuffed and worn) the owner pulled the seat off of one and said See its broken! So these chairs are basically trash anyways and we cant use 12 of them in case they....get more trashy?? I understand the policy and the chairs are expensive. My concern is you need to TRAIN YOUR EMPLOYEES to not make significantly HUGE mistakes that can mess up significantly Important events such as a wedding and when they do make mistakes STAND BEHIND THEM and deliver. Thats how u get and keep customers but this is clearly not a concern here. The owner tried to tell us that who ever answered would not have said we could pick them up. Then why would I drive 45 minutes into town with a van? Just to hope I could pick up chairs?And I dont give a s%$# about the response they try to leave. Theres no excuse for terrible service.

Their website lies. I was looking to rent a Bluebird brand of lawn seeder. Their website showed they rented this brand. Went through a lot of their hassle to rent (proof of where I lived) and paid extra charges they didnt state on their website, only to find they didnt have Bluebird seeders, they had Turfco--BAIT & SWITCH. I took the Turfco but wasted my money and grass seed with the poor design. Didnt work like the Bluebird does. Renter beware of getting what you want.

The owner is probably one of the most hateful people i have ever met. We were not greeted when we walked up to the counter (the owner and an employee were too busy ordering lunch to care while one employee was taking care of someone on the phone) once the sweet girl got off the phone and helped us the owner started to question and argue with my dad about what he needed and was basicly insinuating he was a liar. Saying he should have his own tools and shouldnt need to rent any. Please do not give this hateful woman your money!Edit to reply to owner...There is a right and wrong way to handle things. First off my dad told the girl that was actually helping us what he needed. Not you. Also you had them bring out a snake for a sink which wasnt what he had asked for. You didnt know that because you were more concerned about lunch than helping your customers. I completely understand the charge (ive managed a business) i had no problem with the double deposit. I said that was fine while we were there. I had a problem with the way you specifically spoke to my father. Point blank not ok to be so rude to customers. From the looks of this review page this is a regular issue with you. Oh well you dont need business obviously. Good luck not running that place into the ground.

Disappointed in their policy.. bad experience with their counter staff... was not given all the information on a phone call... had one previous negative experience...avoid a team rentals!! stick with Rabern rentals in Amarillo they are professionals! Amarillo A-Team is more like the D league ... do not do business with them !

Do not rent from these people!! My husband has been renting from them for years and they decide to change their policies out of no where and say they’ve been posted since 1997...they were very rude and said all of a sudden they need a credit card and will not take a debit card. Hmmmm we don’t have a credit card and have never needed one there in the past. 👎

The most organized aspect of this business is their website. Employees are rude and unknowledgeable. One will tell you one price and another will tell you 2 diffent prices. They do not stand behind quoted prices. They quoted me 130.00 and charged my credit card 190.00. PLEASE PLEASE go to Rabern Rentals. They may cost a little more but its worth it for good customer service and integrity.

Go to Rabern rentals. I Rented a walk behind trencher. The trencher would bog down and die every time I lowered the stinger into the dirt. As soon as I took it back, the mechanic called the front desk, over the walkie talkie, and told them to take it out of service because he couldnt keep it running. I told them about the problems I was having with it and still had to pay full price for it. I went to Rabern rentals and they gave me a trencher that actually worked.

DO NOT rent an inflatable from this company! They will charge you a maintenance fee as part of your payment, and then when you turn it in they will charge you ANOTHER $50 cleaning fee. When I called to protest, the OWNER actually HUNG UP on me. I called back, of course, because I dont tolerate that kind of ridiculousness, and she told me my husband could come clean it himself if he wanted to. I called my husband, and he told me the guy who took it back from him already went over it once with a shop vac for a few minutes and was done. $50 for THAT? If you rent from here you will get EXTREMELY poor customer service even when you do everything yourself, including picking it up, setting it up, taking it down, and taking it back. Dont get anywhere near this place. Their fees are unclear and their service is absolutely offensive.
