Great customer service! Rented a insulation blower. Noticed that the grate in the bottom of the machine was bent. He was very polite and went and grabbed the other one. No questions asked. When I dropped off the machine they met me at the truck. The older employee was asking me how it went and if the machine worked properly for me. Will use them again and again.
