Washers and dryers are nice, but almost half of the dryers always have a out of order sign on them or a sign saying light amount of clothes only...and it ALWAYS has a sewer smell.

I don’t recommend using this place. My clothes was in the dryer for 35 min. Did not dry at all. I spoke to the lady working there and she told me that machine doesn’t work. But it took all my money and WHY IS THERE NO SIGN SAYING “DOES NOT WORK”?I asked for my money to use on another dryer after wasting my money & time and she said she can’t. Asked for manager, owner.... whomever that can help.Still she said ”don’t know”. As she went along and pointed at 3 other dryers that do not work! Unbelievable AGAIN WITH NO SIGN!I don’t think the owner has a clue of the definition of running a business.Don’t waste you money or time here.

The laundry mat is nice and new. Prices are good too. This is my second time here and I do not like the atmosphere. There are kids running around and balancing themself on the rail which is unsafe. I do not see an employee here to maintain order in the laundry. It sounds so hectic in here with all the kids.

This place is disgusting, smells like sewage water, staff will barley let you in to do laundry! Worst laundry mat

I do not like it here at all. The manager is very RUDE. I waited 1 hour for help. I have it on my call log of when they called and a picture of when they came. So first thing is it took 3 quarters and everyone knows quarters count here. So I moved washers so it wouldn’t take anymore. This is while I’m waiting for the employee to come here. Then I put my clothes in the dryer and it kept stopping. Mind you I have 2 dryers so they both have the same amount of clothes and time which was 31 mins. The bottom dryer kept stopping and so I just walked around the corner outside in the snow with 3 of my kids to tell the main maneger about my problem I come back and he comes with me and I only have 14 mins left in my dryer. And he says he can’t give me my money back or my mins back for what was waisted. So yea I wouldn’t recommend coming here at all!!
