Very clean, nice machines, FAST washer and dryers, they also have very large machines to get everything done at once, good selection of vending soap/softener. But the best experience was Kayla, she was so helpful with how to set up the card pay system they have and just all around friendly. Definitely recommend this place!

This location is new with new machines kept clean and maintainedThere is a good watering hole next door to wet your whistle while you wait on your laundry.

Love this place and their employees are great..Very easy to use and always clean this place is rated the highest ..They have three different size washers and dryers and very reasonable prices on each..If your in need for a place to getr done and are short of time ; they take drop offs and will have them done when you need them..Face masking is practiced here and the facility is kept picked up and sanitized..Parking is no problem and is within walking range of TNT and several eateries..

Put my stuff in a washer and then realized you have to put money on one of their cards in order to use their machines so took all my stuff out and left. Cards like that are a rip.off . You always have change left on them that either doesnt get used or the card gets lost its ridiculous. I went to another place on Bell where I could use quarters.

Was clean and nice inside. The lady on the floor was very helpful. Also, I think the card system there is pretty simple yet innovative and convenient. Only issue I had was a guy doing laundry there with no mask on putting everyone at risk.

The washing machines worked great but I had to run the dryer 3-4 times to get the clothes completely dry

Umm idk why I have to walk my heavy laundry all the way around the front of the building to bring my stuff in. The machine would not work promptly or correctly. And your employee named Claudia a mexican lady with drawn on eyebrows was of terrible service. She was very intense rude yelled at me n Im pretty sure she cussed at me from behind the machine. I am not happy completely unsatisfied with this location and demand something is done.

The machines were good. My problem is the card system is lame. The laundromat I usually use was closed because of the weather and Tornado was the only one open. Now I have money on a card, that I had to buy, and Ill never use it

This place is very clean and there is always a friendly person there to assist you if needed. Clothes come out clean and dryers work great. Will continue to use this laudromat.

I go here once a week get my blankets and clothes wash workers are helpful and I had no problems.

Hands down, the nicest Laundry mat Ive been to. Ive come here every week for a couple months and have had no problems with the machines (dryers sometimes, with card, but the ladies always help me fix the issue). The ladies do an amazing job here, always walking around wiping down machines and sweeping floors. They work there butts off and have always been super friendly and helpful. I was surprised by other comments, as I have always had a great experience, anytime I come to amarillo this is my go to, and recommend all my husbands work guys here as well!

More times than not the machines won’t read your card, they definitely need fixing! Also the bill changer will short you on a $20 (happened to me twice a few weeks apart from instances) and when I told attendant they took my card number but never got the amount put on. Clean but that’s about the only good thing about it, nothing to hype about in the service industry it’s expected.

I was traveling from Florida to New Mexico.Stopped in to do a load of laundry. Lady working there was very helpful. You need to purchase one of their ATM style cards to operate machines. ( Everything in laundry ) is purchased with this card. Nice system for locals that will be regulars.

Great service. People should check their dirty laundry before washing. Lady washed a diaper....it shredded and the paper and gel that crystallized got everywhere.People!!! Dont bring your dirt and cockroaches with you....leave it at the house!

Sunday morning new lady let me get my washing done and then over and started growling because my dog was there and I had to leave because her manager told her she didnt have a dog in there. Ive only been going in there since I opened the store I know the manager I know all the people that work there and up until this lady theyve all been great I dont know if she just dont like old people dont like dogs but but I know I will never go in there again as long as she works there. because I have my dog in there who is a retired service animal she was hateful spiteful demanding that I pick my dog up and leave.

Great for lots of laundry

Poor service. Dropped my laundry off and separated the clothes that I wanted them to hang dry and let them know thats what needed to be hung up and they did not listen at all. In stead they decided to hang what ever they felt like hanging up. Not going to do drop off again.

The Facilities look amazing but I frequently use the drop off services. There is one older lady there that has amazing customer service skills. But there is also a lady there who doesnt speak any english and its a little difficult to figure out if my clothes are done when I call to check. So I end up driving up there to check. Which is a little awkward for a single mom of a 2, 8 and a 9yr old. Otherwise the place is awesome.

The facility is fine. Hours of business closes at 9pm. My clothes were drying and the time was 826 . I need to use the restroom. The attendant told me they were already closed. I understand everyone wants to go home. But this was ridiculous. I wont be back

Clean, courteous, and always helpful. Just a suggestion if you come in the morning when it’s not as crowded, typically on Saturday morning around 730 to 830, you can be in and out pretty quickly. Also, they earned an extra star by taking Apple Pay!

Place was immaculate. Well lit, both inside and out. Washers were clean, and it took less time to dry my clothes than I had expected.

Nice clean modern laundromat West Friendly helpers. They use the card system which isnt that great for an out-of-towner that just needs to use it once or twice but their prices are good on the machines. They have all sizes of machines to serve peoples purposes. The address is on Patterson but the building faces 26th Street.

The washers do not wring out the water in your clothes. My towels you could wring water out of them. I was told thats how they spin and so i left and will not return. The only thing nice was it was clean but they really need to fix the washers so they spin correctly.

Seriously this employee is a joke. First I come in at 7:55 and all I have to do is wash my clothes, I can dry them at home, and the attendant tells me no last load at 8 however I was there before 8 .she lets me finally wash my laundry and then when I have to use the restroom she tells me that I cant because she already locked them .now I have to wait an additional 15 minutes to use the restroom because theres a sign that says that they will throw away my clothes if I leave them for too long God forbid it would be too long if I walked across the street to the gas station to go to the bathroom. This place is stupid .I wont be back

When you are a business and youre making money dont keep reminding the customer from 30 minutes to closing how many minutes until you close. Suck it up and wait until their loads are done! We came home with a ton of wet blankets. We spent nearly 40 to get them done and heard this, 30 minutes...20 minutes...10 minutes. We were there long before 8pm.

Laundromat is great. The management keeps bathrooms locked to the public. The employees are a bit racist in my opinion.

******AT LOCATION ON PATTERSONSo I went to drop off 3 loads of laundry today. Each load takes 21 minutes, so my boyfriend and I ran to do a quick errand down the street and came right back. The clothes had been done for 10 minutes TOPS!!!I walked back in the laundromat to switch my clothes, to find all my clothes moved to a basket with someones DIRTY ass socks mixed on with my CLEAN laundry.Before i even said anything, the lady that works there said, I had to move your clothes because they were sitting for so long and other people needed the washers.1. There are 20+ open washers of different sizes open at this time.2. My clothes were sitting for MAYBE 10 min.3. There were TWO othwr individuals there at that time. They were NOT busy.I was very heated and the lady that works there that moved my clothes proceeded to say, atleast you dont have to worry about movimg your clothes out of the washer.I dont know about yall, but I like to have CLEAN clothes and dont think she had ANY businuess touching my belongings, especially when NO ONE was inside and there were SEVERAL open washers. And they were done for TEN MINUTES.My boyfriend and i do laundry ONCE A WEEK there and WILL NOT BE BACK. We had an issue once before with the same lady! What is wrong with people? We PAY to have our clothes CLEANED. Not sabatoged with random dirty socks!!!!End of rant.

Only have it one star because facility is clean and nice but the attendant lady with short brown hair is so ride to everyone and impatient...every time I go in there she is talking about the people out loud and your right there...she is OCD please speak with her because Im thinking of me and my son going somewhere else from now on if not...its supposed to be peaceful at laindromat...not a gossip complaining fest....geez!
