This place is nice and clean. I bring my work clothes here instead of doing them at home. I can get ALL of it done in 1 hour and not have it take all day. The restroom is also very clean as well. Love this place !!

Came in at 8pm.. was hot in there ..the employee was sweeping so she had the fans off.. if she could of stopped talking n swept it wouldnt of been so long..I left bout 9:30 n still no fans..

The ladies here dont take any BS which is refreshing. They are also very friendly and helpful. I will be going back to this full service laundromat. Not only to get my clothes laundered but to be able to reward these women for their hard work. Id give them a raise.

I really like the friendliness of the workers at this facility. As for the customers, Everyone is different, not everyone is going to agree or see eye to eye on certain things. Other than the everyday struggles of coexisting with bigots that do not want to be open minded to diversity not only with ethnicity but also religious beliefs Id say anywhere I go is a pleasant experience especially when meeting someone from a different ethnic region of the world and as well a different religious group that can enlighten me in there culture while also being respectful of myself and my beliefs in the same sense.

I didnt like it the lady that worked there tells the customer where to wash at an they will have to rush to wash an fold she is really really rude i wont go back wash there nor will i tell people to go there poor service.

I traded there 10 years Paula has always been good to come get my laundry but this last time I called she did not show upThey sold the place and things are not the same anymore.

I absolutely love this place. I remember coming here when I didnt have a washer and dryer and in this instance I was out of one again. And it was just just as welcoming as ever. So clean and everyone was so nice.

Very clean, tons of machines, attendant on duty, and the machines actually fill up with water to thoroughly wash your stuff. When you select the hot water cycle, thats what you get.

The cleanest and the machines are really quiet. Very friendly attendant there to help if needed.

This place is always very clean and has an attendant all hours or is open. The ladies that work there are very knowledgeable and willing to help with whatever your needs. The washing machines are always clean and clean your cloths well. There are single load washers all the way up to triple and a few giant load washers. The dryers dry very well and as long as you dont overload the dryer I have never had to add time. I love this place and will not go anywhere else to wash my cloths!

First time I had to use this laundry place. My dryer went out. Washed my stuff at home and dried there, one load. I really like that theyre open 7am - 10pm EVERY day. So less stress getting in there and the lady mgr not giving me the eye for coming in at 8pm...Paid $1.00 for 30 min, high heat, on my big load with pair of jeans, lots of socks & shirts etc and Id say it was a Large load in my older model washer at home. Thought 30 min wouldnt even cut it, but I was wrong. Everything was hot and dry, but I did add One Quarter for an additional 8 minutes--was Perfect.This place was clean, not sloppy, not dirty, Ill def go back. By no means fancy in there, but great washers and dryers. You can fit a lot into them! They have folding tables and rolling carts..all goodHours: 7am - 10pm, Every Day! Right by 34th and Bell intersection.

Would actually give this place an almost perfect review except you go to all the effort to get your laundry clean and the only way in or out is past a doorway full of smokers which leaves all your clean laundry smelling like filthy cigarettes. What’s worse, among the biggest offenders is the employee - permanently planted by the door with a cigarette this whole visit. I won’t be back.

I have washed here for three weeks now, and every time I go it is very very clean. Had an employee named Lori was so helpful, and very polite. That Lori kept my time there very entertaining, and comfortable while I was washing clothes. This location has friendly service. I would recommend this place to anyone for a low costing wash, dry, and recommend the benefits of their Wash Club.

Very clean nice and safe place

Asked and subsequently paid for specific detergent and fabric softener in wash. $9.00 extra dollars later, I see I unknowingly just gave someone an undeserved tip. If you are allergic to cheap laundry detergent and fabric softeners like I am and are willing to pay extra for what you know won’t keep you up all night itching then that is what you should get. Will not be returning.

I use their drop off service as I am construction worker from out of town. All my clothes very clean smell good in folded in ways I could not do. I highly recommend this place. Ive been here for a year using them every week and will be year another 6 months and b a customer until I leave.

Baked goods are hit and miss.Cookies are good (last ro orders of date & chocolate cookie bars were soggy),they dont have chocolate cake, muffins or cupcakes available - these must be ordered 24 hours in advance and have a minimum.purchase amount (dozen),and the cafe menu is not fully available everyday.Upshot: Going with an idea of what you want will backfire. So go.see what they have and got there.But, hey, it is clean.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Terrible service. Lost multiple things multiple times. Today was the last straw when they lost $1000 worth of clothing and instead of keeping us informed, they made us call them all day. As the day unfolded we found out that workers left our clothes in the dryer, unattended, for about 5-6 hours. It was nice to pick up wrinkly clothes once they were eventually found. The owner was rude and disrespectful to both my boyfriend and I and chuckled at us as we expressed our concerns. He couldnt even manage to wait around and speak with us once they were able to locate our lost clothing.. which was in the backroom, unlabeled. It took them over 6 hours to find clothing that was in their backroom. Seems like they looked pretty hard. It used to be a good place when we started coming here, but it has slowly gone downhill. We have been coming here the last 6 months and will take our business elsewhere. This owner owns other laundry mats in the area so be careful!

Very friendly people with real fast service. I bring them a suitcase stuffed full of laundry and it comes back taking up much less space like it was pressed. Its also a standard laundry mat and you can do your own.

Washers and dryers are pretty new and well maintained. Dryers get really hot so your clothes dry fast!! Staff is super friendly!

I like this place. It had all three size washers and it takes regular quarters rather than a card. I love that! The dryers were really hot and they have an attendant with drop off service.

Its very clean and all the machines look fairly new. Quite a few dryers were either out of order or for staff only, though. Change machine worked fine and the bathroom was spotless. I didnt use the wifi but another patron was making a big show of playing online poker whilst doing his laundry so its fair to say that the wifi works fine, too.

Terrible Customer service! I dropped off my laundry for a wash and fold service with two brand new laundry baskets I just purchased. when I went to pick up my laundry from the office AFTER paying for the service I received my clothes in trash bags and when I asked them for my baskets they told me they will call me whenever they find them! They never called me, and everytime I went over to talk to the manager they gave me the run-around and never got the right answer of what happened to my basket. Plus the manager is not even there most of the time and the staff is always sleeping in the office all time, so you actually have to go wake them up for your service! this is defiantly not the right place to take your laundry!

I came to pick up my laundry that was in the dryer at 945 and they had the doors locked and lights shut off. Very unprofessional if the facility is supposed to close at 10 pm. If doors lock at 945 then state that thats what time you close.

Horrible service by the day that’s here all day. She actually will go out of her way to make your stay miserable. I’ve used this place twice and both times she has been so rude. Never coming here again.

Last load at 830pm which is an hour and a half before they close so dont let 10pm fool you. One load of laundry should last an hour but theyre machines must take an hour and a half.

Sketchy. Dryers dont get aired enough so they ear quarters. You wont leave your clothes unattended here.

Lady would not let me wash 3 mins past 8:30. The wash would take 20 mins and the dry 20. You close at 10. It wasnt busy either.
