Amazing experience! My daughter had wanted to try this and so we signed up for the first class special - worth every penny! She loved it, received great instruction, and cannot wait to do more. Abby is patient and encouraging and the others in the class were supportive and kind. Everyone should give this a try!

Amazing!!! I’ve taken several different fitness classes in the area. This is hands down the best. I’m seeing results, but more importantly, I feel fantastic. This is the total package.
