Although I did not use the service at Jiffy Lube, I witnessed great customer service by Angel Villarreal. He is very intelligent and knows how to handle customers. My visit was with someone who used the services and when I am back in Amarillo I will definitely use the services.I would also like to comment all the gentlemen their as they are all very friendly.Thank you 😊

Wow! I just had the best service I have ever received at a Jiffy Lube! I always go to Jiffy Lube, I think they do a great job for a fair price, but the guys at this location made my experience feel above and beyond. They made sure I understood what kind of oil was being put in my car, what other services they offer, and they were quick and efficient! If in Amarillo, stop here and get help from Terrace and Josh!

I had to have several services done to my car. Breaks, oil change, inspection and a few other minor things.Staff was so friendly and professional. Made sure I was comfortable and kept me informed every step of the way through the process. There was even staff member dedicated exclusively to my car. They even managed to get me a good deal on parts to keep my expenses low. And all the while had costumers come in and serviced them quickly as well! I am so impressed .

Went for oil change. They bring the filter to u to make sure u see if it needs changed or not. Cleaned windows, vacuumed car, very fast and courtious .

Having 3 vehicles, something is always needing State inspection. This store being very close to home on several occasions I have attempted to get an inspection. Majority of time I’m told our inspector is off today. One occasion guy tore my wiper blade then charged me to replace it. I have a trail Jeep that is not driven on roads but needed tags. Decided to stop there for inspection, I had to do the brake test myself due to none of the people there at time ( 4 adults) could drive a standard. They said “ You need a 3rd brake light” I did not argue this and had them continue inspection and told them I would return. One week later I returned with 3rd brake light installed. They said they will have to reinspect and this time rejected it due to a light smoke tint on my taillight covers. I left there drove until I seen another establishment that performed inspections and they quickly inspected without question. I normally do not give reviews but the manager was very rude & unprofessional. Before I said anything he stated “ I Am Not Here To Argue” If something does not meet the States requirement that’s one thing but to be rude without warrant from the start is another. I have plenty options on where I do business & this Clown House will not be one of them!

Everyone was very friendly and demonstrated true courtesy. informed me of how things were and if anything needed further done .

They wouldnt change my oil because the drain bolt was not the OEM bolt. I told the mechanic that Id had it switched out during an oil change 3 or 4 years ago because the seal around the bolt had become worn. I then told him that Id had my oil changed here several times previously without issue. The mechanics response was that his coworker did not want to perform the oil change. I asked if I could at least get a rationale as to why, asking is the guy afraid that it wont thread properly, or what? His response again was he just doesnt want to do it with that bolt in there (not sure why the refusing mechanic couldnt tell me himself). Ive changed my oil myself with this drain bolt 5 or 6 times in the past without issue, and I told the mechanic as much. Ive since begun getting my oil changed by professionals to save time. This experience defeated the entire purpose. I went to another Jiffy Lube and they had my oil change completed in 15 minutes, and had much better customer service right off the bat. I was entirely disappointed with the service I received. When a business is denying a customer service, they should provide a rationale.

These people dont understand the laws regarding third brake lights on tall vans and commercial vehicles. Went to get an inspection done on my very well maintained company vehicle, as well as an oil change. I was told my third brake light was not functioning. This unit is a 2016 Dodge Promaster. I responded by telling the manger that this van is not required to have a high mount third brake light due to height of this vehicle. The manger became rude and told me he wouldnt even do my oil change because I coped an attitude... REALLY? Thanks Jiffy Lube for wasting my very valuable time and know I will go anywhere but Jiffy Lube from now on. HIRE SOME KNOWLEDGEABLE PEOPLE.

I will be returning to this Jiffy Lube for future oil changes! They did an excellent job. They not only changed my oil but they also aired up my tires, cleaned my windows, vacuumed out my car and did not hassle me about other services. Everyone working was very polite and helpful. They worked quickly and charged a fair price.

Literally less than 10 minutes for a car inspection. Not busy at noon on a Monday, this may be our go to JL! Very nice and courteous staff.

Change the oil serviced my Toyota Camry,checked I guess everything under the bonnet. The car is running great,the guys their were highly trained professionals. This means a lot to me,happy Motoring.

If in Amarillo, TX, great place to stop for service work. Passionate employees, properly staffed, and knowledgeable. Im on the road all year so its a shot in the dark when I have to get service work done in. Todays stop at jiffy lube in Amarillo was a bulls eye!

Went in for a 5-10min inspection, they opened the hood and took one glance at the brake fluid to determine the brakes were shot and in a disparate need to change my brake pads. I guess he thought because I am female I’m not supposed to know how the real way to check brakes. Take off tire and get calipers to make that assessment. These guys are a joke and never take my business there again.

My 2nd time here. I repeated because I thought it might be a good place. Turns out it is just another rip off oil change place. They want 4 dollars just to top off coolant among all the other things they want to nickel and dime you for. I wont go back and now I will be telling the others I had recommended to them not to go.

My battery died at the Sonic next door early on my way to work my husband was working out of town and I had my 3 yr old in the car I thought what can I do ?? I ran into jiffy lube and a kind gentleman came over with a jump starter when that didnt work he pushed my car back and jumped my car! He even offered to run to his house and get cables if I didnt have any luckily I did!! I tried to give him a tip since it was the coldest morning of the year but he refused !! I will be using them for any future oil changes or problems I encounter!! Thank you sir !!

Outrageous price for just a basic oil change $40 is twice the cost of Walmart and uses the same items but a lower quality filter an they check less items

I went in for a simple oil change which should have cost less than 60.00 but when I left it cost me 139.49 they charged me 59.99 for basic oil change then charged me 27.89 for the oil then 24.00 for air filter 18.00 for coolant and 9.00 for plate bulb when I got home I checked and it was the old bulb. Never ever again will I go back!!!!!!!

Dont waste your time or your money. I went in there to have my vehicle inspected they told me I had an exhaust leak and would not pass the inspection. I took it over to Midas Midas confirmed I did not have an exhaust leak and the vehicle should have passed with no problem. So as I repeat dont waste your time or money with these people itll only be a headache

Went in on a Friday to get oil change and inspection done. Left vehicle in driveway over the weekend, and there was a huge puddle of oil underneath on Monday morning. I checked the oil plug and it was loose! Took 3 full cranks of the wrench to get it snug, that oil plug could have easily worked its way out of the bottom of the oil pan while going down the road, leaving me stranded or with a burned up engine. Manager acted like it was just the vehicle leaking oil and didnt take any responsibility whatsoever for the loose oil plug. Needless to say I will never come back to Jiffy Lube.

I came to get an oil change and they told me that they had topped off the rest of my fluid under the hood. Also aired up my tires. They charged me for it. Come to find out later I checked the fluids myself (oil, washer, coolant, etc.) And they had not done a thing except the oil change. Also they lost two of my caps for the tires on both the right tires. I came to let them know and to see if they could make it right. Instead of working with me they gave me excuses and were very rude to me. Do not come here. Do not waste your time. The man I spoke with obviously didnt care. He didnt like that I was trying to find out what happened and what I paid for exactly. He didnt have to tell me that he didnt care or that he hated why i was up there because it was in his tone and the way he answered my questions. It only takes one bad experience to lose business and so I will take mine elsewhere.

I gave this location five stars because they messed up the plastic cap that covers the oil filter from a previous oil change. I was told they were unable to perform the oil change due to the cap being stripped. They acknowledged they were the last ones to perform the oil change. I was sent to another shop, and was told the ONLY way to remove it would be to break the cap and replace it; a $122 fix. I called the manager at Jiffy Lube and was told that although this was a common problem they would replace it at no charge. I appreciate the manager willing to correct the error, and although had a minor inconvenience the mistake was corrected.

Took my vehicle in to get my oil changed from them like I always did. Was told my oil plug was messed up and needed to get it drilled out and replaced. They said it looked like whoever messed with it last screwed it up. To which my reply was....you guys did my last oil change.....no response from them.....

Went here three times for an inspection. Each time was given something new to fix. 800$ and on a third visit i got upset and went to Midas. I was in and out in 15 minutes with my inspection.
