Michael Fox State Farm is the best there is!! They can take care of all of your insurance needs!! Tina is wonderful and is always a pleasure to talk to!! Tina goes above and beyond to make sure you understand everything pertaining to your policies. Definitely recommend!!!

If I could leave 0 Stars I would. Michael Fox is similar to a used car salesman for starters! You will get no help from him or his staff. They mislead you and when you want factual information regarding your increase in insurance the response is always, due to the market. I have been a loyal state farm customer for years, but when I moved agents I realized I should have stayed with my former agent in Las Colinas for he and his people are AMAZING, whereas Mr. Fox and his team are not. I think they are more concerned with receiving their pay out for having your account. State farm needs to really consider who they allow to work under their name. Its people like Mr. Fox that ruin it for all! STAY FAR FAR AWAY from this agency they are crooks!

They are great until you need something. Then all they can do is tell you they cant help! They can surely tell you they will raise your insurance premium though. After six years as a loyal customer I am done!!!!!!!!

I have Been with State Farm (Michael Fox) for over 6 years now and they have been incredible helpful . I was involved in a Wreck one time that was my fault, i did not have my insurance card on me Michael Fox Himself brought the card out to me, They have always treated me as if i were family .

Took 6 months to get agent change. We moved 1 block & premium went up 16%. They sent renewal certificate to wrong address. Was told credit card would be charged set amount, its still changing. Reps keep saying theres nothing they can do, but obviously there is. Everytime i have to go to this office, they passive aggressively say deal with it. Customer for 9 yrs, & this is how i expect to be treated?
