Very nice and friendly people but dont have what I needed. Helped me out to a place where I could get what I needed.

I found a water leak in my tiled bathroom wall at 12:30 p.m., Friday afternoon. A&R sent out their great plumbers by 1:30. They had to cut out some of the tile to get to the leak. They did a fantastic job, and had my leak fixed by 3:00 p.m. I was so pleased they showed up so fast for my emergency wall leak and were so professional. I will always call A&R first from now on.

A&R made extra effort to take care of our busted pipes after this storm. We are so grateful and will use going forward. Thank you

A&R Mechanical Services installed a new HVAC system in my home. They are skilled, professional, and really know what they are doing! I am very pleased with the quality of products and service provided!

After the recent storm when all the plumbers in town are so busy, I called A & R to help me with a gas leak outside of my business, They sent Shiloh Robinson that very day. He responded to my need and had the leak repaired for less than his estimate. He and his staff also waited on the city to come at 7:30 at night so we could have heat before this snow storm. I could not have been taken care of any better. I highly recommend them for your plumbing needs!

I only give three stars because the technician was very kind and felt bad for having to charge me so much for something simple. They got the job done by noon and I called at 8am. I don’t have great service out here so the call didn’t come through when he got here. Got a voicemail saying I would be charged the 189$ service fee if I didn’t answer the door. The guy was at my neighbors which people do that a lot out here...but almost 200$ for that? Feel that I was ripped off and would take my business elsewhere next time. The tech was great, the business is borderline a scam.

Had a massive job of two AC/Heater units replaced at once with insurance companies etc. They went above and beyond to take care of the details and and coordinate multiple inspections etc. we now have much more efficient units that are working great! Caleb and the crew were great to work with and got everything done on schedule. A great experience all the way around.

A & R was prompt im coming to our house when our AC went out. They provided portable AC units and a window unit until the repairs could be made. These guys were great. Our A/C went completely out smack dab in the middle of summer. We were worried that, since it was summer, wed have to wait for awhile, but they came as soon as we called and took a look at everything and gave us a lot of different options to move forward. After deciding to replace it all they got everything ordered and installed in almost no time at all. I have a two year old, so they absolutely saved our bacon. Great company and the person we worked with, Caleb, was super professional, timely, and knowledgeable. Cant say enough good things about them. Got A/C and couldnt be happier. Highly recommend.

Our A/C had gone out Vincent with A & R arrived determined A/C coil had a leak unit was 25 years old we decided to replace unit. Vincent said the unit had to be ordered in, we were in middle of heat wave inside temperature in house was 84 degrees without asking they brought in portable A/C units to use until our system was installed. Vincent made sure the work was done correctly and explained the operation of the system. I would recommend A&R.

I have used A&R Mechanical for years. They are courteous and prompt for plumbing, heating, and air issues. While replacing my HVAC, Caleb spent time explaining all of my options and answering all of my questions. The crew that replaced my unit is courteous and communicated every step of the replacement process. So far I am extremely happy with my new Trane unit and highly recommend A&R Mechanical Services.

Plumber got his camera stuck in homes pipe so I felt obligated to hire them to do the work. Plumber John later inaccurately located the line in my home (turns out he didnt know how to use the equipment) and they broke out the concrete in an area of the home that didnt need to be broken out.They didnt cut deep enough into the concrete to take it out (they just scored the concrete which I later found out to be NO-NO) and I now have cracking in my floor stemming from the work they performed.A job that was supposed to have taken 3 days went on for 5 days and if I hadnt helped these guys move sand into the home for them, it would have extended into another week - I just wanted them out of my house already.John promised me video of the sewer line so that I could refer to it later and know exact location of other work to be done... I NEVER got it.I would advise against using these guys if you have a big job to do.

We have used A & R for a new HVAC unit and to repair a plumbing leak. We are extremely happy with this company. Jon Saunders repaired our leak with superior professionalism, knowledge, efficiency and courtesy. He was most helpful in every aspect of the repair. We kept his business card and will definitely ask for him in the future.

Friday, March 1stGreat job today the the system checkup on our heating and air unit. The unit didnt seem to have airflow throughout our house so I discussed it with the technicians. Vinnie Rodriguez and Colten Ivy went to work trying to find the problem. We were all pleased when they found the problem and corrected it. It was nothing major as I had expected. These guys went above and beyond and the unit is working well. Just in time for the cold snap that is expected the next few days.

Honest and caring. Shiloh was outstanding.

The guys stayed late on Friday to make sure we had air conditioning for the weekend. Very professional and nice. It works very well now.

These guys are awesome! Our original unit was installed by someone else and come to find out that the someone else wasnt even a certified Trane dealer. Well it crashed and long story short these guys took care of us! They did all they could to correct tge issues from the original install and make things right! I would highly recommend them if you need something done correctly!

We have had the unfortunate need for a plumber twice in the last month. Once was Thanksgiving weekend and most recently, Christmas week. Thankfully the on call staff was able to send out someone from their plumbing service in record time. Both times, the Plumbing staff was prompt, clean, honest and extremely communicative about what the problems were and what we could do to resolve the issues. I tend to be skeptical about having work done when its an urgent issue because its a vulnerable time to be a consumer.. A&R was unlike any other service I have previously used and will certainly be the last. I will reccomend A&R to everyone I know and will continue to employ their services for all of our plumbing needs.
