I don’t like going to tax services but I went to this one this year. This place is very welcoming! Renee and Emily WEAR THEIR HEARTS ON THEIR SLEEVES AND ARE ALWAYS VERY WELCOMING, KIND and RESPECTFUL. They do their best to help everyone they can !I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM!PS. If u like pens, they have great ball point pens too! Lol

Have been going to Jackson Hewitt for years love everything about them but do think their fees are getting on the crazy side hence the 4 stars But this is not the prepares fault. Renee has been doing our taxes for years and I trust her completely if there is something she is not sure about she has no problem saying so and will pick up the phone to double check instead of just doing it and it being wrong.

The preparer in the office Renee Ballard gave me fast and friendly service answered any questions I asked great service will definitely be back!😀
