She does a great job and is quick. My only issue is I had one more wax that was prepaid and never received it. I made an appointment and SHE had to reschedule. I made an appointment a couple of days later and she was a no show. I called and text both of her numbers but she NEVER responded. All communication stopped. A bit unprofessional to me.

Joelma is absolutely fabulous. She was on time and the service was exceptional. It was my first wax and she really put me at ease. She keeps her facilities very clean. Im definitely a new regular (in fact I booked in again as soon as I got home). Do yourself a favor and visit her.

I was VERY pleased with the service Joelma provided. I was very nervous but she helped me relax and was very informative of the process. She was very knowledgeable and educated me on the products she used and why she used them. While in the process, she helped me relax, helped me with breathing exercises, and made me feel so comfortable! Her place of business is very clean and secluded.
