My friend suggested this place to me so i went to try it out. nails are so cute i’m obsessed and staff was so kind!

I hate to write bad reviews but I cant stand poor customer service. I went in to get my lashes done on 6/13. On 6/14 they were dropping to the floor. I went back 2 additional times to allow the girl to get it right but yet the same thing happened. Sad part about this is I really liked her personality but truth be told, she shouldnt be doing extensions. I get extensions once a month and I havent had this problem ever... Long story short....she only gave me 50% of my money back. Being that I am a well known talk show host in the area I couldve made this go viral but I think this review will send the message that regardless how many times you try to fix something, if the customer still leaves unsatisfied, they should be refunded 100% of their money.

The lady was rude and filed my nail till it bleed on 3 of my fingers. She has gotten angry when i asked her for prices and kept adding more money making the prices unreasonable. The costumer service was horrible, the lady doing my nails was inpatient and rude to me and my friends. I understand she was in a rush trying to do everyone’s nails but she was so rude about everything. Horrible.

They have a lovely location but not enough staff. Even with an appt, after getting there they told me it would be an hour after my scheduled time before they could see me. Shame

Took my mom here today. We both wanted our nails done but my mom only got hers done because I had to wait forever. Not an enjoyable experience. I did get an eyebrow wax. It turned out ok. My mom likes her nails a lot.

I have been looking for a regular nail tech for about 2 months and I finally found one! I went in for a fill and Peter was very friendly and did such a great job! Peter was very thorough and paid attention to every detail to make sure my nails were done beautifully. I am so happy with how they turned out and they were less expensive then the other nail salons I have been to.

Absolutely Excellent service! Staff were very nice and their work is very detailed and neat. Definitely worth every penny! When you go make sure to ask for Peter, he’ll have your nails looking good in no time!😄

He provided me with the best solution, and to top if off we had great conversations about out life, and we both shared the same wedding anniversary..🎉🎉 I will be coming back Thanks Peter for such exemplary service.

I scheduled an appt for 430p, arrived on time only to be told they were shorted staffed and I would have to wait a few minutes. The few minutes turned into a hour, no sorry for the delay or nothing. I will not ever frequent this place again.

I went in today for a full set ombré and Peter delivered the best service. I absolutely love my nails and will be returning!

My daughter and I went for manicure and pedicure. Tracy was wonderful, knowledgeable and sweet. The service was a bit rushed due to walk-in appointments. Otherwise I was completely satisfied with the our services. Amy was great as well. My daughter didnt like the color on her nails. That wasnt a problem at all! Amy let her pick out another and made sure she was happy!

The grand opening was amazing! Even though they had so many clients lining up but base on observations they did a great job getting people in and out according. The theme seemed very modern and the staffs seemed very friendly to their clients. The salon overall look huge and amazing compare to many salons around the area. Cosmo has many services at a very good price. I will definitely come back to try their other services. Beautiful cleanly setting with friendly staffs!

Timmy (Hee) is the best nail tech I have ever been to! He is an absolute professional and his work is amazing - he is also an absolute perfectionist and if he isn’t happy with something, he will redo!! I’m so glad to have found him months ago and to have had him move to Cosmo which is so close to home! Will never go anywhere else! Thank you!

This was my first time coming in and I was a little nervous. But once I sat down and things got rolling it wasn’t bad at all. Peter was my technician and he did a wonderful job on my nails. It’s so hard to find a place that actually does an outstanding job but I think this will be my place from now on!!

I went to grand opening and I have to say it was a great experience. I got a free facial due having a coupon with me that day and my skin felt amazingly soft and new. I even treated myself with acrylic nails, which was a first time for me. The staff there were very friendly and helpful.

Peter is awesome and very well informed a true professional at his craft and very informative on how to take care and maintain the your nails outside of just coming back. The cosmo lounge felt very homey and welcoming when entering and everyone greats you when you walk in regardless if there busy. I will be coming back and bring more people to experience this new hidden gem in north point mall. Everyone should stop by to check them out!!

Such a fancy nail salon. The owners invested more than half a million dollars into this salon to make it upscale and to serve the communities better. The prices are so reasonable. The services are excellent. The customer services are so warm and friendly. This salon not only provides nail services but also facial products and facial services. I got my facial, here. My skin is so sensitive but with these type of products I have no problem, at all. In fact, I love them. My facial skin looks and feels a lot better. I highly recommend this salon. This salon provides SNS, acrylics, gels, pedicures, manicures ect with such reasonable prices. Please give yourself a treat with such supreme qualities.

Had the best nail tech today! Got off work, and decided to treat myself. They were so sweet. I was very indecisive with what I wanted to do with my nails, but she was very patient. She took her time, and made them look perfect! By far the best salon I’ve ever been.

Hands down to Peter ! He has been doing my nails since January and his the best ! I refuse to let anyone else do my nails.

The manager was really nice I got my nails done but had to come back and get them fixed and they were really nice the manager’s work was amazing

This grand opening experience has been the worse experience. My wife and I came to do pedicures. They took us both at the same thing and when we got to the back they told us only one person was available. So we let them get started on my pedicure. However 45-50 mins passed and no has even started on her pedicure. So I call for someone to speak to about this matter and they was like oh they forgot. Then Valeria proceeds to say oh it not the techs fault I was busy taking payments. It’s as if my wife’s money was not needed for the service we were trying to pay for. This experience is suppose to be relaxing, however the unorganization of it all has made it a nightmare. Just this experience alone I will continue to go to my regular nail salon.

Me and my daughter came attracted by the beautiful place the surprise was even better With a great staff, they where extremely patient and helpful took their time with each of us, the experience overall was excellent, felt totally pampered, definitely our new nail place.

If I could give a ZERO stars, I would! Went to the salon today and the tech cut my cuticels so badly, they were bleeding. I could not continue with service and had to leave. This was the worse experience that I have ever had in my life.....and to top it off, the service is an extra five bucks if you get cuticles cut! What a joke.

This place was not good at all. They messed up my nails the first time them I had to go back and get them re done. The nails still look bad and I will never go back. The service was just so bad.
