Will not be coming back. I wait for 30 minutes when there were people ready to do my nails. One of my nails was very sensitive and I told the technician that yet she didn’t seem to care. Also the original color I picked was not the same color that appeared on my nails, luckily I happened to like the second color as well. Overall will not come back.

I have been going to Lux Nails every other week for over four years and this is my favorite place to be! It feels like a home way from home. The service is perfect and everyone that works here is a wonderful person. They are so welcoming and listen to your wants and needs. I look forward to getting my gel manicures and pedicures. Visiting Georgia for the weekend from Minnesota. Made appointments for my mother & I to get pedicures. Lovely salon & great pedicures. We sipped complimentary wine while enjoying a 90 minute pedicure each.

The best nail salon Ive ever been to! Ive been going every 2 weeks for over 5 years and wouldnt consider going anywhere else. They are the nicest people you could ever meet, they all do a great job, their prices are reasonable and you always feel welcome and comfortable. They also frequently have new products and techniques to try and its so much fun! I highly recommend!

First time visiting and will return, the nail technician really took time and did a very detailed work. Everyone in the salon had great attitude and are very friendly. Will return for sure! Also the location is great!

I dropped my daughter and her friend off to get their nails done on my daughters birthday. I’ve never been to this salon, but I needed to run to the mall, so it was convenient. My # 1 qualifier for a GOOD nail job is that they need to last for at LEAST 2 weeks. My daughter doesn’t have a job or strenuous chores. Her nails take less less of a beating than mine for sure. My set from Vanidy in Cumming was put on 27 days ago with zero breaks! But her nails started breaking within days. First one was 4-5 days after she got them done. They also didn’t do her paint like the photo she showed them at all.The only reason I’m leaving 2 stars instead of one is because she said they were very friendly and took their time.

Hannah was fabulous. About fell asleep in the chair while I was given the lavender and mint pedicure. Wonderful! If I could ask for one improvement, I would like more attention on rubbing the feet than my leg/calf. I find most places are like this though. I also got my brows waxed. Really quick, beautiful job. I will definitely go back.

My first visit and I will not go back. Manager (male) got into a disagreement with a female employee while also providing my service. He was angry and took it out on my nails. Ouch! He also was in a hurry to get to the next customer and took no care in quality of his work. I do not recommend at all.

Made an appointment with Daren. He was sick. Let someone else at the shop do my nails. Worse decision to make. Travel from Lithonia to Alpharetta for manicure and pedicure. Wasted time and money. Really disappointed.

Horrible experience and will not be returning here for sure. Word of advice to those working, please don’t talk behind customers backs and make comments on their appearance(s) for absolutely no reason, because yes, I was able to understand. Very unwelcoming, noisy environment where the employees seem annoyed at any request asked by the customer. On top of that, don’t bother scheduling an appointment... overbooking is a huge flaw here. Take your money elsewhere.

The lady that did my pedicure was nice. The lady that performed other services over charged me. I tried to tall the man, who I think is the manager, and he wouldnt listen. Then, when I logged in on their app, to check my points it said I had enough for $5 off my service. I ask to redeem and he said I didnt have enough points. That was the 2nd time I checked in and my point balance changed on their end. I feel like someone is being dishonest. I have been going there for 2 years. Some bad experiences before but this was the worst. Too many options to choose from to keep going to one that is going to be dishonest. You receive a text when you leave asking about your experience. So long as you reply yes you get a response. If you say no, nothing happens. I find that interesting. BUT no worries, I wont be going back and neither will the person who referred me or anyone else I talk to.

In and out quickly. Basic pedicure was done well and acrylic coffin shaped nails lasted 3 weeks! Will return!

Definitely not coming back to this place, the technician was horrible. I get my nails done very often, but never get this bad of a job before. She polish on top of my cuticles and didnt even notice until I pointed it out to her, yet she still continued to polish and told me that my cuticle is dry and said she fix after everything is done. How can you fix gel polish once it cure!!?🤬 so I patiently waited for her to be done. Next thing I know she used the nails drill to filled my cuticle, even though I told her that my cuticle is sensitive. Word of advice to the technician who was doing my nails don’t talk behind customer back, whose know they might speak your native language. I know I’m picky, but that’s why I spent my hard earn money to treat myself. If your going to take my money then at least do a decent job😤😡🤬

Terrible job done on my nails. I normally go to super nails in Kennesaw but my nail technician was booked. I came here to get it done last minute option and my nails look terrible I had to ask the young lady several times to reshape my nails. My nails are all different lengths shapes and sizes and it’s a sloppy terrible job. When I called back to ask for a refund they said that the manager was not there and they don’t know when he or she will be back. I will not recommend this place.

Best salon that i have been to! Staff was very attentive and did an excellent job on my nails. They keep up with the new trends and will always get your nails right. Most definitely will be returning!!

Wouldnt even give it this star but I wanted to leave a review. Horrible service. The employees spoke in their language the entire time. Laughing at their customers. The lady that did my nails spoke to me 3x how short, what shape, and color. The manager was also laughing at customers and being disrespectful. Us customers pay your bills show some respect especially being that you expect a tip at the end.

The worst manicure ever made. After 2 days gel polish was peeled. I came for correction and the next day it started to peel again. Seems like any person in this place can work as nail technician even if knows nothing about it. No, thanks

I was not impressed at all with this salon. My daughter wanted individual lashes they told us they didnt have makeup cleaner to clean her makeup off and couldnt do the lashes unless she wiped off her eyeliner but was acting like they didnt want to do her lashes. (we dont travel with makeup remover) we will not be back.

Pretty rude, the staff is very cold and unwelcoming. They lied about my transaction not going through when it did on my card and made me repay. Poor service and nails were rushed. Will not be returning.

I was very pleased with the courteous staff, but I guess as clients were coming in the guy that was doing my nails worked faster and was not paying attention to detail. I asked for almond shaped nails. I noticed one nail was crooked and then another one was way too short. I told him and he said he would fix it. At the end every nail looked different, either shorter, longer or stiletto shape, not almond shape; maybe 1 or 2 are ok. Grrrr.

This is a nice upscale salon. I think they do very good work and but I think they need to have more staff available so they dont have to tell people to come back because they are short staffed.

Wasn’t even worth the one star. Worst place I ever went to. Took my two daughters and I here because it was close to the mall where we needed to do some last minute shopping. Wish I would have went to my regular salon especially since I’m getting married this weekend. They did a horrible job on my daughter’s nails. Burned the hell out of my fingers with the drill. Underneath my nails are a hot mess. I also had to wait a few mins when I sat down why the nail tech was texting. They did my nails first then set me in the chair for a pedi. Didn’t help me with my shoes or anything and I wound up messing up my nails because they were wet and I had to move. Staff was really rude. Overall horrible experience and will never go back. Definitely wasn’t worth the money I paid and I can say was officially the first time I didn’t tip someone. Pure dumbfounded how they would treat new clients that just spent $150 for services. Also overpriced. I guess this is karma for cheating on my nail salon. Never again!

Do not go to this nail salon, these people made me feel like I was wrong for wanting my nails how I wanted them, they felt like I should get them how they wanted me to have them, cici and ivy very rude, ivy did not want to do my nails because one was crooked and I asked her to do it over, no type of welcome feeling at all, I will never return to this salon. It is a problem to ask for what u want here go elsewhere
