At least they got the stains removed.When the cleaner left he made mention that the carpet was damp and that it would dry in 6-8 hours. Well, after 24 hours, the carpet is less damp and if you sit on the carpet your clothes will immediately start wicking moisture and be soaked within a minute or two.So much for shopping local and supporting small business. I would not recommend.

I inherited my carpet from my grandparents, and it was very dear to me! But it started losing its nice look as it really was old! I consulted with Hicks Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning and after checking it, they said they can give it a good service! Even though I was a bit sceptic and worried it would be damaged, I let them do the work! I was so happy when I found out that I was all wrong! The carpet look now so nice, and I am so happy!

Great work for a reasonable price!!! The tech was very professional. He arrived on time and did excellent work. Made no promises of miracles and let me know which stains would not come out. Overall an excellent job! Will definitely use this company again.

Hicks Carpet & Upholstery Cleaning did an excellent job cleaning the carpets in my home. They were immediately available when I phoned. Staff was very helpful, kind and knowledgeable. One of the carpet was badly damaged and they managed to repair it at a reasonable price. It now looks new again. I am very happy with this company.
