Mike was amazing. He sent out a message to remind me and confirm our appointment the night before. With as hectic as life can get it is always nice to have a reminder. Before starting the cleaning he walked me through each room and showed me some of the stains unable to be seen with the naked eye and explained his process of treating them. Steam Deluxe is top notch! Mike showed up and was very professional and courteous. I could tell he knew his stuff too. I decided to get the carpet cleaned in a townhome that I am renting prior to moving in and Mike noticed a lot of pet stains. He was confident that the stains would come out, but couldnt guarantee the smell wouldnt lingure in the padding. I am now waiting to see if the owner will replace the carpet. I am holding off on getting it cleaned, but if I do, I am not calling anybody else, but Steam Deluxe!

Not only does he assess your carpet to determine the rigor it will require to achieve optimal results, he is also quite polite and professional. Further, he advised on what it would take to maintain the near whiteness of our carpet. Oh and his approach to business, he isnt the push salesman type. He leaves the decision making up to you.
