Just had carpets cleaned. I have used Chem Dry of Fulton-Forsyth four times now. Courteous and professional and our carpets look so bright and clean after they are done. They are fast but thorough. I love the Spot Cleaner. We will use Chem Dry again.

Taylor did a WONDERFUL job on our mid century modern sofa from the 1960’s. We were on the verge of selling it due to its age and decided to give professional cleaning a try. The price was seemingly expensive, but for dry cleaning it truly wasn’t bad. Service was on time, efficient, friendly, and detailed. Our sofa smells wonderful and the cushions look almost new! Highly recommend them if you have a vintage sofa that needs cleaning.

We had tyler come out to clean our carpets, and get all the cat hair and smells gone. as is typical with the chemdry cleaning experience the carpets looked new when he was done. excellent, quality, and he was very detailed. love the products ( all green) : no chemicals, no nasty smells. a healthy home ! there is something else that sets them apart - you are not pressured into buying extra services. when they come in, its like having family in, who just want to do a great job and make the customer happy.

I have been a ChemDry customer for several years now. This was my first cleaning with the new owners and the experience was disappointing. The technician originally forgot to do a room, which I figured was a simple mistake and no big deal. I now believe he forgot it because he was in a hurry. He made a huge mess all over my hardwood floors. I thought it was just I the entrance way until I inspected the other areas and found a mess! There was dried solution and scratch marks on my hardwood floors from the hose. In the many cleanings we had with Pat, there was never a mess left. He paid attention to the details and left my home in perfect condition! He always put something under the furniture legs so the solutions would not cause any issues. Nothing was put under there this time. I do not like to leave bad reviews if errors can be fixed, but after emailing them with pictures attached, I have not received a call or email response.

Service tech called before arriving, arrived on time, did the job right, cleaning was done in the afternoon and the carpets were dry by next morning, with no smell or residue.

He made 7 year old carpets with pet stains look almost brand new, if not for the normal wear and tear on builder grade carpet after so many years, they would have looked brand new. I had my carpets done Thursday afternoon and my hardwood the carpet was nine years old after cleaning looks like the day it was laid. Then I asked if they had other services and I asked about wood And he explained yes we do wood so I had him do the other 1100 ft.² of wood it looks amazing will use Chem-Dry again thank you very very much for your services and your help getting ready for the holidays

New ownership, much higher fees and extra charges ($15 card fee, $9 surcharge for I still don’t know what, $124 minimum if they show up and you opt to think about next steps because the prices are 3x higher than expected) Sadly, we will seek cleaning services elsewhere from now on. The personal touch and customer service is gone.Edit: Based on your response, I will definitely not be back! Take more time to actually connect with your customers vs just answering the phone, scheduling an appt and sending someone else to do the work. NO prices were quoted over the phone to me and no charges or surcharges were mentioned either. The reason my total bill was lower is because I removed $400 in line-items to get the bill in line more with what I was expecting after the initial quote was given with the rep standing in my home. Saying I am not giving a factual review is BEYOND offensive. Dont send me two texts asking for reviews if you dont want honest feedback.

I have a dog who will mark when he gets anxious (13 years old). They did a great job cleaning that area as well as utilizing the PURT for odor. Chem Dry is the way to go and this vendor and technician did a great job.

This business changed ownership with no notice. They’ve also raised the pricing by at least 30%. Just not the same service. Seems more “corporate” with no regard for a proper transition period for customers or instilling confidence that they will have the same experience. Just don’t seem to care. I’ll be shopping my business elsewhere. Pat and his wife will be truly missed!

Pat and Mary did a superb job on my carpets. At my request they carefully checked for dog urine spots in carpet, and found a number of spots . My granddog has incontinence, so it was as I suspected it would be. They treated spots with special mix to draw urine out, and then cleaned my 3 rooms very thoroughly. Very impressed with them.

We had Chem-Dry clean our 18 yr old carpets. They had not been cleaned in some time. They did an amazing job and they look almost brand new. They got out stains that I thought were permanent. We will not use anyone else to clean our carpets from now on.

I just had Chem-Dry out to my house this past Wednesday, the 3rd of October and they did an excellent job! I will never go back to my old company who soaked my carpet for over 24 hours. FANTASTIC JOB! I cannot recommend Patrick and Connie of Chem-dry of Forsyth enough! We recently moved here from California bringing 4 cats and a dog with us. My cats objected in a very bad, smelly way to being locked in the house. We tried to clean the carpet ourselves, then hired another cleaning company but neither worked. We were about to tear out the carpet and give up. I made one more call to Connie. The communication was terrific from day one. On time with updates along the way. Pat and his daughter treated the carpet using a light to identify new and old stains, and even got down on hands and knees to sniff the problem areas out. They treated the entire area and even spot treated other parts of the house at no extra charge! A week later they came back to clean the carpet. No more stains or smells!! The McCool family were efficient, hard-working, and effective at removing these and other years-old stains, explaining the condition of the carpet, and helping us understand some of the more mysterious blemishes. So glad to find them!

Please be advised … Connie and Pat are no longer the business owners of Chem-Dry Fulton-Forsyth. Sadly, that level of customer service, hospitality, professionalism, and workmanship, that earned Chem-Dry a five-star rating, and that you have come to expect under the prior ownership, is lacking under new management.On December 19, 2019, I requested a quote online to have my home serviced. Connie emailed me the quote and we scheduled the service for January 4, 2020.I used Chem-Dry based on their stellar online reviews. However, sometime between December 19 and January 4 (the date of service) ownership changed hands.The technician, Mike, arrived on time. He told me he would be taking measurements and providing me with a quote. I explained to Mike that I had already received a quote from Connie. He said that the company was under new management and the prices might be lower. I agreed to have him take measurements. However, he quoted a price that was almost double what Connie quoted. I informed Mike that I would go with the quote that Connie provided. He said he needed to contact his office. Mike informed me that the owner was willing to give me a 10% discount but that he could not perform the service for the quoted amount of $234 without tax, which Connie provided.I asked Mike to let me speak to the owner, Clyde. This is where it got interesting. Almost immediately, Clyde attempted to control the conversation. I asserted myself and pushed back. I asked him if the quote I received came from Chem-Dry. He reluctantly agreed that it came from Chem-Dry prior ownership. Note, this was a two-week old quote. I told Clyde that I expected Chem-Dry to honor that quote. He said he could not service my home for the quote that Connie provided because the stairs were not included in the quote. I informed Clyde that I provided that information on line and the email Connie sent me with the quote was in response to that. He said okay, just send me the quote Connie provided and I will take care of it. I sent him a screen shot of the email from Connie that said $234 without tax for the service. He still refused to honor the quote. Clyde said, “how could you expect to have your home serviced for that low amount.” Who speaks to their customers like that. This is my first time using Chem-Dry, if I am quoted an amount, who am I to question it. I explained to Clyde that if somehow Chem-Dry made a mistake with the quote, that was an issue to be addressed internally, and not a cost that the customer should absorb.When I would not allow Clyde to control the conversation and ease his way out of honoring the quote that Connie provided, he said “I’ll just shut up and wait until you give me permission to speak.” Again, who talks to customers that way. After going back and forth for almost 30 minutes, Clyde finally agreed to discount me 25% but not before saying that he was doing it for no reason at all. Huh, first of all you are not doing the customer a favor – Chem-Dry is in business because customers patronize it and not the other way around. The reason is, that the company provided the customer with a quote that should be honored – customer service 101.When it was time for payment, Mike informed me that there would be a fee for using my credit card. You cannot hit customers with unexpected charges on the day of service. Clyde agreed to waive that fee.Clyde inherited a five-star client base that Connie and Pat built over years by the sweat of their brow and by providing exceptional customer service. Unfortunately, Clyde’s shysty business practices will not be able to sustain it.

Incredible job! Extremely professional and did a fantastic job cleaning our carpets. We have a couple of puppies who (inevitably) had made a mess on some areas of the carpet, and they did a wonderful job of cleaning the carpets. Our floors look better than when we moved in!

Chem-Dry did an incredible job on my basement carpet. It was heavily soiled with pet stains. They worked very hard, went above and beyond the call, and was very successful in removing the stains and odor. I would recommend them to anyone. We are regular customers, they always do a wonderful job!Dec. 2018 Update: Chem-Dry was not available to clean my carpets on very short notice, so I used Zerorez. They did a decent job on the carpets, but their machinery disturbed the carpet fibers and unraveled the tops of the twisted carpet! I guess this is why they say their carpets are fluffy. I dont want fluffy carpets, I want the integrity of the fibers in tact and my carpets cleaned. I fear my carpet will never be the same. I will continue to give Chem-Dry of North Fulton my business, they never left my carpets in this shape; they always do a great job, and they are wonderful people.

We have tried numerous other companies (Stanley Steemer, Zerorez, etc prior to Chem-Dry) and they dont compare. Ive used Chem Dry Fulton Forsyth many times and Im always pleased with the thorough cleaning and courteous service.

This company does an excellent job and keep our carpets looking like they are new. I attribute it to their great service and using the protectant. When we use the protectant we will get our carpets cleaned every 18-24 months. One time we thought we would save a little money and did not get the protectant, within 6 months we could see we made a mistake. We didn’t save and money and learned our lesson. Use Connie and Pat’s Chem-Dry and always get the protectant.

I am a landlord with many single family homes in the Alpharetta/Johns Creek area. Ive used Chem Dry of Fulton-Forsyth to clean my carpets for about 10 years now.
