I wanted to rent a location in Dunwoody. I was extremely transparent with my situation and it took over a week for a response from PMI. When you are moving and you have to hit a deadline in a pandemic it causes stress. It is nice to think people would be respectful of that deadline. I have left David Kane a message for a explanation as to why it was taking so long for a property that has been listed for 97 days and have yet to receive a response. I think when you are dealing with the roof over someones head proper respect of time is essential and this was not my experience. I applied for the EXACT same complex and was approved in 1 day with similar stipulations. I was curious to see the response of PMI considering the delay and it was disappointing. The other David was great and responsive, the owner not so much. Will steer away from this company in the future

David and the team at PMI North Atlanta is the only team I recommend for Condo and HOA management in the Atlanta Market. They invest heavily in their business to ensure they have the best technology in the industry. Their communication is excellent. Most importantly, David’s accounting background is key to ensuring the associations they manage have top notch books at all times. I can’t say enough about the integrity of this company. I appreciate you guys!

Talk about making everything easier and worry free. Rented my condo a few months ago using David as my property manager and he has absolutely been amazing.
