Disappointing. I worked for the federal government for many years. I had great cooperation with Robin Flores and Penny. Quite a few people I had referred got back to me to say they didnt help. I attributed it to lack of communication. Was I wrong! Ive referred people to them in my almost 3 year retirement. No help at all. I have contacted them 3 times in my retirement. Each time I was told to consult their website. Disgusting. Not caring. Should be reorganized. I have talked with legislators who agree. Hang in there seniors. Many of your so called contacts/ helpers may be out on their ear soon. Hopefully you employees experience the uncaring nature of your position. I have never been so disillusioned! Im proud that I tried to help so many, but am not proud that I have failed in believing in another governmental organization that hasnt cared. Shameful.
