Deb Palmer who works with this group was hired by court to do a report in my fathers case. She acted spitefully and vindictively ( I had chastised her for not contacting me on an occasion my father was taken to the hospital even though she did contact my brother in Florida, her response was that she knew I was at work, uh.... so was my brother! No excuse for her lapse in judgment) telling the judge that I should not have guardianship of my father as I was trying to obtain. Was it because I was not fit or not properly caring for my father in regards to health or financial matters? No. She told the judge I wanted to please my father... Even were this reason to remove a family member from a loved ones care, the fact is this was a lie. Not that I didnt want to please my father, but within limits if safe and for his well being only. It was my uncle who wanted to please my father doing things that were not safe for my father such as leaving him at his (my fathers) home alone. When I addressed this with Ms. Palmer after a hearing which took my rights for my father away from me, she said that my fathers brother wasnt the one going for guardianship though.... I said, So that means you project onto me what my uncle did???? She said, Yes. This GSA is nothing but bad people, doing bad things affecting families. I addressed this issue and Ms. Palmers conduct with a Kelly from their board and she agreed with everything Ms. Palmer did even reiterating that it wasnt my uncle going for guardianship but me, so...... As a result of Ms. Palmers report to the judge, my father was dead less than 2 months later. Those of us who were around my father most feel he would be alive now if not for fact he was after court decision forced into assisted living dementia unit locked up at Whitehall Manor. He grew intensely depressed and gave up, knowing he would never be allowed to live with his family again.
