What my sister in law is going thru with this resource right now: a family with little kids with no heat for nearly 2 months, bugs everywhere, no blankets, no space heaters allowed, grilled by staff on her every move and phone call like shes a criminal when shes working 2 jobs to save money to get her own place.... Its insane how they are allowed to operate like this.

I was apart of their program as a young single mother in 2003 than in 2013. It’s improvements and resources to establish a more secure job and regain my independence. From the playground to the computer lab. Thank you Dave.

Extremely nice Director I spoke with over the phone and very nice staff when my other half and I dropped off some items 2 weeks ago. It was a small donation of mixed items, but every thing was appreciated. We hope to help out others. ☺

My family and I applied for housing here it was the worst experience we have went through. I felt like I was on the First 48 because it felt like more of an interrogation than an interview. Roslynn was presumptious, predjudice and assumed that there was more to our past then what we were saying despite telling the truth. Also, when we told her higher up about this behavior it seemed more that they were trying to excuse it by saying that this is the standard because there are a lot of people that go there that do not tell the truth. However, I dont consider it the standard to ask someone which one of you has a criminal record or telling my wife why is she trying to have kidsIts no surprise we got denied for housing after experiencing this and it is a shame that there are people like this in charge of this program.

Since Ive been here theyve been nothing but helpful to me kind understanding and not judgmental Im glad Im in this program because they are really helping me

Id give it 2 stars if I could absolutely the worst place they claim that kids are #1 but I beg to differ they put us though hell and back got kicked out for no legit reason my caseworker Dave even told me that the director didnt like us since we didnt fit the description of being homeless shes a complete joke and favors ppl try to stay away from this place
