Absolutely horrible company, they were on time once. The dispatcher doesn’t seem to understand his left from his right. “Oh he will be there soon” “oh the dump takes awhile” oh this and oh that. Then to add on top of it, they ran our card with out even asking, after we clearly explained to them when to run the card. Don’t not use this company if you are trying to do a job in a timely manner.

This company is by far the worst dumpster rental around, i was told the dumpster will be there in the morning and i called the company several times when he called back it was almost to 12 and his response was its still the morning isnt it do you want me to have the driver turn around ? As i waited all morning for the dumpster . The owner im assuming I was talking continued to go back and forth with me talking to me like im some little girl . Super unprofessional dont waist your time and money with this shady company

Shawn at Affordable Hauling and Dumpster helped us out in a pinch, on a Saturday morning, when our dumpster from another company fell through. The dumpster was in our driveway within an hour of calling! Excellent customer service, highly recommend.

Great experience. Did what they said and did it when they said they would. We went overweight and over the allotted time. The extra charges were more than fair. I will use them again without hesitation.

Call for dumpster 3 days in advance and they said it will be there in the AM. Call 4 times during the day and they witll said its on its way..They finally showed up around 2pm and then decided not to drop container with the excuse that it doesnt fit. It was lies after lies and at the end they will hang up the phone in your face! Worst customer sevice ever!
