This company was great to work with. Communicated well and let me know the reasons behind their actions. My rental unit had furniture that needed to be moved and they scheduled it immediately. Roaches were found, and they could not move it. They handled that situation very professionally. Once I had treatment put down, they scheduled the same day! We’re out there in two hours and then took care of everything. Even sent pictures to let me know it was done. I would not even call anywhere else. Just work with these guys!

Fast, efficient, friendly, on time, clean. This describes well my experience, the guys carried out a heavy convertible couch, no fuss. Pricing was what I expected, as I had called ahead customer service, so no surprises there. Cheap? No, but fair: toss in trucking time, two guys and dumping fees, etc, it doesnt take a degree in accounting to figure that out.

Scheduled for 3 couches and a mattress to be removed on a Thursday - John and Mikeshowed up the next morning (Friday) at 8 am. They were extremely nice and were in and out of the house quickly. Would definitely have them come out again if we need anything else removed.

I needed 2 storage units emptied. I had no idea of the contents. The 1-800 workers gave me a chance to look at all boxes and containers to see if I wanted to keep what was in them. They were efficient, personable and worked hard.

Update: I received a phone call from one of the franchise owners. She was mortified at how my experience turned out. The bill was adjusted. Based on our discussion, shes asked for a second chance to prove this was a one time unfavorable experience. My concerns were taken very seriously. Once I give them that second chance, Ill post again.******My initial score was a 1--I waited a week to write this so it wasnt a scathing diatribe. My time slot was 10am-12pm. When that passed, I called Customer Service. They got me in touch with a manager, without me even asking. I was assured theyd be here and he would discount the visit. At this point, I had already cancelled one additional afternoon appt. Finally by 3pm, 2 trucks showed up having been reassigned to me. I already cut back on what I was having them take since I had a chance of making it to my final appt of the day. The price they quoted me for 1/2 truckload was highway robbery (even with a 15% discount). After 5 hours of wasting my time, I just wanted the stuff out of my garage. In moving things, one driver knocked over a piece of plywood and injured my leg (like I needed one more thing to go wrong). I paid it, but talk about a bait and switch tactic. I was overcharged and late for my last appointment. They talk a good game, but I was EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTED with the entire experience.

The guys were helpful. When they arrived I said you’re probably gong to need a bigger truck. They looked over what I had to get rid of and gave me a best and worst scenario prices. They needed to unload their truck and come back twice. They had to change the price because they under estimated the amount to take away. I was told I didn’t have to pay the price after two truckloads were taken. I needed them to come back so I paid for them to finish taking everything I wanted to get rid of. They worked well and cleaned out everything. Just wished the estimate was right the first time.

Got Junk was very professional but you need to ask the right questions when you call do the workmen get paid by the hour how much is that if you have more than one work man how much for each man and whats the different types of junk categories but I am pleased with their service because the junk is gone I will use them again

Both gentlemen where polite, and helpful. More importantly I felt safe with them being in my home. This is my fourth time using this service. I’m always pleased. I do have to mention it would be nice if owner of the corporation would supply the trucks with a lifts. I do feel sorry for them when they lift some very heavy objects on these high trucks.

I had an appointment with the team scheduled for 12pm, they called me around 10am to make me aware of a cancellation and they prioritized my junk disposal. They were very quick, they provided contactless service which was very important to me during the pandemic and they were effective- my garage is in much better shape.Would highly recommend and I plan on using this service again for spring clean up.

They booked me for 9-11am and just showed up at 11:30. The estimate didn’t match the actual price. Great workers but slightly disappointed

I needed to clear a large community room in two days and began to panic because not only was it right before New Years Eve, but we were scheduled to have carpet laid in the room in just a few days.
