I have used this company twice. The first was when I moved in to an apartment and had them apply carpet protection. That experience had me call back to have cleaning and protecting done. Again, from phone call to technician.....very pleasant employees and great customer service! Not to mention nice clean carpets! I will certainly have them back when its time again and highly recommend!

Chem dry’s Jared was prompt for our appointment and very professional. Once the job was complete my carpets looked brand new!!! He was even able to remove a large red wine stain!

I called Friday to schedule a whole house carpet cleaning before we were set to move in. The person scheduled us for Monday, but they didnt show. When I called to see what the problem was (maybe they were just running late, couldnt find the place...), I was told we were double booked and they had no availability until the day of our movers. No one ever called to say there was a problem. I could have spent the weekend looking for someone else, but there was zero communication from this company. To say I am frustrated and upset is an understatement. This is poor business practice and lousy customer service.If you schedule with this company make sure youre not DOUBLE BOOKED.

Arrived early in time frame window. Tech JARELL was very polite. Went right to work. Our upholstery looked great. He also consulted me about details.We were pleased and will ask Chem Dry back for carpet cleaning.Linda Quick

Had a great experience with this company. Jarell was very professional and honest about what he was able to clean. He tested some of the grout in our slate entrance way and found he was able to give it a deep clean, he also repaired some scratches and made it look like new! Very pleased.

Great Service!!! Carpets havent looked this good in a long time. Used other carpet cleaning companies and no one got my carpets as clean as these guys did. Will recommend to everyone.

Am not one to leave bad reviews but I have to say I made this appointment over a week ago I explain to them I lived in a apartment and on the 2nd floor only to have the cleaning guy call me on the day and say We can notDo your apartment because of parking. I explain you can park in front of the building as long as your working he when in to say that it won’t Reach and that he cannot do the Job. I than called the main number when she when in to tell me that the best why for him was thru the parking lot. The parking lot is in the other side of my building. At this point I stop because she would not understand I would know the closets point of entrance to my own apartment. I will never use them again and I hope you guys have a better experience than I did.

Jarell was awesome. He called early in the day to let me know he was ahead of schedule and could come earlier than planned if I wanted to. Which worked out great. When he arrived he walked me through all the rooms I wanted cleaned and was very helpful explaining the process. He asked me to check and review each room as he completed them to make sure I was completely satisfied. Which I was. He was extremely professional and personable. Id definitely recommend Chem Dry and Jarell as the service rep

The service technician arrived exactly on time, and gave me a brief overview of how the process worked. Even though Id arranged services on the phone, he did a walkthrough of my home and verified that what Id asked for was what best fit my needs now that he was on site to review it personally.All through the process he made an effort to be friendly with my dog, never once suggesting my guy was an impediment and in fact making sure the dog wasnt near the door whenever he went out to the truck for equipment.He was personable, professional, and my carpet hasnt looked this good since the day I had it put in. Im definitely a regular customer from now on.

I have never had carpeting so this was my first time using a carpet cleaning company who came recommended by a good friend. It was THE WORST experience I have ever had. I was quoted one price and was charged $30 more than the quote. Long story short it took almost 2 weeks to have someone finally call me back. The OWNER admitted that the call center gave me the wrong price and that other mistakes had been made and yet he still would not reimburse the misquoted $30. He isnt worried about his customers satisfaction, just the money in his pocket. This is poor business and I will NEVER recommend Chem Dry and will tell others to use a different company.

Chem dry did a great job on our floors and furniture. Years of animal related stains, and spills were cleaned up quickly and the carpet and furniture looks brand new. Would definitely recommend them to anyone.

I compared several local carpet cleaning services before making my choice. The receptionist Susan was very pleasant, informative about pricing, and scheduled our home at our convenience, within a few days. I received a call to confirm the day before, and another call when the technician was on the way. Jarrell introduce himself and the services. He looked at all the spots and stains to pre treat. Our carpets had not been cleaned for years, and there were wine and makeup stains. He mentioned other services, but no pressure that we didn’t take them. The cleaning was awesome. He moved furniture and treated stains. Surprisingly to us, all the stains came out. We are very pleased with the results and highly recommend

I hired this company to do 3 rooms. I own multiple rentals for many yrs, so Im well versed on carpet cleaning. I told them the carpet type & condition (no stains) on the phone, they quoted me a price. When the tech arrived they tried to upsell me. Beware any company that does that. The price on the phone in most cases should be to clean your carpets! High traffic areas are always a little dirtier than the rest of the room & should be expected & figured into the job. Any company that quotes a price then has the tech show up wanting to add $$ to pretreat rooms due to traffic areas is bad business.

I had them scheduled to come to my home, and upon reviewing some stains in carpet, the serviceman said he would probably not be able to remove these particular stains. I declined having the service done, and they charged me for the visit anyways, because the technition came out to our home. I refused to pay it, since no work was done, and to retaliate, they put a collection notice on my credit report. Beware of dirty business tactics. Go elsewhere.
