Went to get a full car wash was recommended by a friend in my 97 Mercedes c320 and the guy with the scrub brush smacked against my left side mirror which had broken the prongs inside connecting my mirror and the motor causing my side mirror not to function or stay in one place. Attempted to find a number to no prevail and was unable to return due to having to head to work. High disappointed and now I have a costly fix on my hand to repair my car.
