For many years I have been going to Toms Notary since early 2007. This is one of the most professional and utmost respectful notaries and insurance suppliers in the region. I wish there was one closer to me but thats what makes this place special to me and anyone looking to get some title work or insurance. Very Knowledgeable, Very thorough, the two ladys there take care of everything promptly and quickly so long as you give them all your information. Came in and renewed my registration on my car, not only did they teach me the process but upon asking what else I may need for the future, provided me everything I needed to obtain so I could peruse a motorcycle license.Very pleased, I am only coming here for Motor Vehicle from now on!

I will never go to another notary or vehicle service location again. They were SO helpful, and beyond nice. I had been given the run around all day long trying to register my vehicle after moving to PA, and there was problem after problem. Veronica, the woman who works here, went above and beyond and got me all set up right there on the spot, and was friendly and polite the entire time. HIGHLY recommend!!

Went here many different times and even recommended them to people, never again! Had an open title to a trailer for a truck that I just purchased but wasnt in my name yet and I went in and spoke with the lady who is always there she gave me instructions on what to do as far as putting it in my name. She told me that I can put it in my name or transfer it right to someone else if I wanted to sell it, among other details of what to do and what I needed. So I followed what she said when i decided to sell and the guy came from Harrisburg so we can do the transfer, or so we thought! Long story short, she told me the wrong instructions and pretended like we were never in there before, the owner was very rude acted like we were making it up and trying to pull some kind of a scam and told us they couldnt do anything about it and that we had to go to Harrisburg to penndot. So we drive an hour and a half the next day to penndot to find out that we could have done at the notary! The penndot lady herself told us clearly they didnt know what they were doing and to never go there again!

Terrible receptionist attention, never to return.

I had a very good experience here. I showed up at 7:45 and even though they were closing at 8:00, the ladies were very helpful and even stayed late to help me out.

This place is lazy I had to do a salvage title and she told me there was no way to do it only mail I went to another notary on summer in allentown and they told me they go there personally so I would have received my title and registration in a matter of days not weeks to a month
