I didnt feel I needed to leave a comment, until I saw all the negative comments others have left and thought Id give a response on the good experience I had. Its a familyLike setting. Theres no penndot type system that some maybe expecting. But if they think the female is rude, they havent been to Penndot itself or cant be from Allentown. Its actually a nice place for being in the city. She stayed late for me, let me use her computer and fax to get docs, And gave me her direct line if I ran into any issues over the holiday break. . PA is a pain when it comes to car stuff.. always keep that in mind before blaming an individual!

Wouldnt have given 1 star but couldnt leave a review without it. Above and beyond people...yea right. She just as bad as her friend that sold us the POS. All a BIG SCAM. Moved here from another state because out 5 month is dying from a rare form of cancer and someone stole our paper tag in the hospital parking lot first day we had it. This heartless money grubber refuses to even write the same # on (not issue a new) on a paper tag. DONT GO HERE !!! Pick ANY other notary. Im sorry that I did. U get what u pay for as they say.
