I made an appointment to do my taxes the date was Saturday at 10am they are supposed to be open from 9am. It was 10:20 and there was nobody there, nobody answering the phone.... I left. When I went back to make another appointment and said to them I came on the time agreed they acted like they didn’t care. Find a better service, ppl.

What a terrible experience. Given the Covid situation I understand being a little unorganized but the man on the phone straight up lied to me about being open on Sunday when they werent and lied about transfering plates.Never would I ever recommend this place.

I paid this guy for a title transfer. No title shows up in six weeks. I call him, tell him that I havent gotten a title, and then gives me a choice: pay more money to reapply for a title, or tells me I can reapply myself. Proceeds to tell me he did his job and hangs up on me.One-star job, one-star review. Easy-peasy. Avoid.
