I used to love coming here but because I moved to another city it’s a bit far for me. The staff here have never made me feel like they were trying to up-sell me, in fact; quite the opposite, they would always. The guy at the front desk is usually nice and very informative, customer oriented and extremely friendly.

Ive started taking my dodge charger here since Oct. 2020. They have worked with my wife and I to get our car fixed, they dont push anything on you and every employee Ive came in contact with, are very nice and knowledgeable. We will continue taking my car here until they shut the place down! I got my inspection and emissions test done today (6/10/21) and we asked the tech to change the front brakes, while he was working on it, he called me back saying my car was ready and when I got there I was told my brakes were fine! I was so happy to see and hear they didnt just change them anyway to make money off it, or look at my car and ASSUME we have money to throw out the window. I highly recommend Mavis 100%!!

Worst experience Ive had. I made an appointment online, I show up and Im standing there waiting for ten minutes for the guy at the front desk to finish his lunch. He was on his phone and eating the whole time but tells me he is so busy and that was why it took ten minutes. I give him my appointment confirmation number and he tells me itll take an hour and a half for the tire rotation THAT WAS SCHEDULED because his guys were too busy to work on my car. This was outrageous. I took my business elsewhere.

Rob at this location is great! I got a flat and stop by to see if my tire could be repaired, it was just before closed and he got me in got the tire fixed and had me on my way. I live over an hour away so he saved the day!

These guys are always easy to work with. They dont just fix one thing, they tell you other issues with you car. But they dont pressure you to fix it immediately.

Had to have car towed in to Mavis. Was stuck in reverse. They checked out the next day and had it fixed by lunch time. Had to replace a shifter bushing. Surprise to me they did not charge me. Very thankful since I thought it was going to be very expensive job!

Very poor service. Check tire pressure came on dash board 5mins after leaving. I immediately returned. Tire pressure was checked. I had 4 tires replaced which I bought elsewhere. Tire pressures exceed manufacture recommendations(front 32psi rear 30psi). The actual pressure were front 48psi and 38psi. Rear 36psi and 34psi. Have me wondering if my car was properly balance and aligned or if a break flush was actually done. They adjust pressures to manufacture recommendations, I was told to drive until check tire pressure come off dash board and come back if it doesn’t go away however I insist it can be reset and they should figure it out, luckily one employee was able to reset it. Verify disappointed in service, especially paying $330

I was there for about 2 hours on a very busy Saturday for an oil change that was complicated when they found that the housing for my oil was damaged from when it was changed before and needed to be replaced. They did not have the housing in their store, but they ordered it on the spot and it arrived fairly quickly. While I was there that whole time, the staff was very very professional and friendly. They helped people who walked in with an urgent issue and tried to accommodate them as much as possible. They even went out of their way to collaborate with another less busy shop in the area for someone who needed their tires changed ASAP. They also provided frequent updates to their waiting costumers. These despite the fact that they were busy!I’m always nervous to go to these places for car issues as I know virtually nothing about cars. I’m always afraid that they may take advantage of my lack of knowledge and try to sell me things I don’t really need. That being said, I’ve been to this shop a total of 2 times now since moving in the area 3 years ago. The first time I went, I remember liking the experience a lot that I thought to come back. Stupidly though, I went to a Midas last year for reasons i don’t even remember anymore. That was obviously a mistake. I highly recommend this place. I never once thought they took advantage of me (I hope not at least), they are very friendly and they won’t make you feel like you should know more about cars. He gave me a discount too!Make sure to reserve a spot online though! It can get very busy. The online reservation is very very user friendly! I was able to reserve a spot a day before.

I very rarely post reviews and they are due to exceptional service or a terrible experience. I am happy to recommend Rob and the Mavvis Tire team on Lehigh St. Allentown, PA. To start, they matched/beat the big online tire retailer on price which was great. I chose to skip the run-flat option (against their suggestion) and this was a big mistake. On my drive home I realized the tires selected were not the right choice. I was able to reorder the correct option and they were kind enough to take the return.They went above and beyond to make sure I was happy. They have a customer for life and I highly recommend! This place delivers EXCELLENT customer service, they go above and beyond. A few weeks ago I just started a new job, I was on my lunch break grocery shopping at Redners and discovered I had a flat tire when I went out to my car. I panicked since I didnt want to be stranded and not able to return to work. I looked up and saw Mavis was right across the parking lot. I explained my situation and they got me in right away and took great care of me. I would recommend them, great place, great people!

I HAD A PLEASANT EXPERIENCE HERE AT THIS FACILITY TODAY! 12/22/20! I spoke with Sean the Service manager about a request I had with installing vanity plates on my 2018 Kia Stinger. He went out of his way to have his technician Mike install them for me at short notice! The Technician did the job at hand in a timely and professional manner and took caution to not damage my vehicle as Im particular about my cars! I give my compliments to both of them on the way they treat their customers and the pride they take in the work they do here at Mavis of Allentown on Lehigh street!! After having a lousy experience at a different location I was unsure about going here. I shouldve listened to my instincts. I had a 6 oclock appointment. When I got there the tires I had ordered hadnt come in. They didnt get their delivery because of the weather. While thats completely understandable. Whats not is that instead of calling and rescheduling they let me drive 45 minutes to get there. Then when I asked why they didnt call I was told, well it wouldve been like 3 o clock, like 3 hours wasnt plenty of time to give a heads up. This was only the second time I tried one of their stores and both were a hassle. I wont be giving them a third try

What an excellent place to take youre vehicle for just about any service. Employees are very knowledgeable and explain things in a way thats easy to understand. All in all.... They made getting an alignment a pleasant experience.

After being kind of ripped off at another dealership with a constant nail in my tire I took my vehicle to Mavis and they were just awesome! The prices were very reasonable, they did the work in a timely manner, they kept me up-to-date with my vehicle, told me how much my oil was going to cost me and I have no complaints. my recommendation is give them a chance.. you wont be disappointed.

The Mavis Lehigh Street team went above and beyond to complete the work on my car, during a snow storm, in order to pass inspection. The staff was friendly and took the time to explain the necessary repairs and associated costs. My family and I will continue to return to Mavis Lehigh Street in the future.

Good place to take your vehicle

Ill definitely go out of my way to use this location in the future. The guys were able to schedule my oil change with 15 mins notice, finished way earlier than expected, and even found a nail in my tire that they were able to patch for me by the time I got back! (Easy walking distance to shops and food too!!!)

Was overcharged for brake pad and rotor work. Regional manager called me the next day and gave me the money back for all unnecessary charges and missed discounts. Honest management, good work, strongly recommend for minor work.

Horrible service I made an appointment to get an inspection at 8am left and left and came back at 10:30am, they seemed to forget all about my truck and didnt even look at it, so I ask for my keys and left, the sales man couldnt have cared less.

Front Desk Manager was super nice and professional. I have been to a lot of Mavis Tires in the last year due to my new Mavis Tires losing pressure on two of my wheels every 20 days. A lot of these shops have not been staffed by the nicest folks. This shop however was. Thank you for getting me in.

Brought my car in on Sunday 8/16 for a simple tire repair (nail causing a slow leak). The shop was immaculately clean. The staff was very professional and had me out of there in about 30 minutes and the repair only cost $21. Have used other Mavis Tire Centers in the past and have never been disappointed

Update #2. Although the regional manger was very nice and said they would get the tires the store never called to say the tires were in. I think this all falls on the store manager. Unfortunately I still cannot recommend this particular place (Lehigh st). Got same tires at Toyota for a better price anyway.Update- the regional manager reached out to address my complaint so I’ve edited my review to 4 stars because I appreciate that someone actually cares to improve their processes.2 stars because the guy at the desk was courteous (otherwise it would be 1). I ordered tires 11 days before the appointment and not one person spoke up to say the tires never came in due to Michelin factory issues. They Wasted my time and I dont appreciate that!

My car died at night. So I pulled over and parked it at the grocery store next to Mavis. The next morning I went in and spoke to them. The customer service was very polite and professional. I needed a new battery and a new alternator. I am glad that they were able to fix my car on such short notice. And I am satisfied with the work that they did. I would recommend Mavis to others.

I had an appointment at 9. At 9:30, my car was still in the parking lot, so I asked when they were going to get to my car. The guy responded, “When we get to it.” I asked for my keys back and left.

Ordered a tire. Initially told it will be here Tuesday. Called Tuesday afternoon (after they got their tire delivery); was put on hold for half a hour trying to get a hold of someone it the orders department. (Why does a small store need two departments?) Finally get a hold of someone, it is here and it can be installed by 5PM. Drove out to get the tire installed at 5pm. “Sorry the tire will be delivered Thursday. Service and organization are lacking for this site. Please call to tell me not to come if it hasn’t arrived yet at minimum so I don’t have to sit in 30min of traffic to find out. Not happy.

Went for and inspection and oil change and was the worst experience ever. They even went as far as using the wrong oil in my car and almost ruined my engine I will not recommend anyone going there and then try to send me off to the dealership to get my car fixed. The worst place ever. Never again.
