The customer service from Arbor Insurance Group is fantastic. The staff is friendly, knowledgeable and patient. I switched to Arbor because their rates were much better than the ones I had. Then, after being with them for a couple of years, and after a series of quick, big life changes, I found better rates somewhere else. But Arbor didnt scrimp on their customer service, even once I was a former customer. As we all know, insurance rates can change over the years, and if my current rates with one of Arbors competitors change down the road, Arbor will be among the places I will consider doing business again, simply because their customer service has always been so great.If youre in need of insurance, Arbor is a great place to consider.
