I’ve always had trouble with my AT&T account as I move around a lot in the military and constantly have to have it put on hold, however I’ve never had anyone be able to understand the situation enough to remedy my issues with ease until this AT&T store visit! Miguel Figueroa was able to fix all my issues in a matter of minutes, as well as answer any questions I had with professionalism and skill. I am finally a happy AT&T customer again, it was too easy!!! Thanks so much Miguel!!!

The At&T Beacon Hill store is a great location, I highly recommend this store. Miguel and Christian where super helpful and knowledgeable about their product. They also suggested the best solutions and deals to better help my experience. Again I highly recommend this location for existing and future customers.

Christian and his staff were very helpful when I came in Monday. All my phone needs were taken care of right away. The only thing is this locations A/C is broken so I had to cut my visit short because I just couldnt take the humidity. I will be going back into this location to trade my phone in sometime Friday. Hopefully the A/C is back operational then.

I came to this location based on previous reviews to switch to AT&T from Xfinity mobile. I was not disappointed! Miguel and Justin were great! They greeted me soon as I entered the store. They were professional, patient and provided excellent service.

The guy who runs the store Christian was amazing in trying to get my company set up with FirstNet. Unfortunately our emergency contract didnt meet the FirstNet standards. But he was able to save me my money on my family plan and we still were able to do business. Thanks Christian for helping my family get all new phones we love our new service!

Kris was friendly and extremely helpful when we came in for a phone upgrade. We weren’t sure exactly what to do and he made it seamless.

Christian the store manager is the best individual I’ve worked with and I’ve been with ATT for 26 years. I had problem with my wife’s phone the only issue is that she not in the country and I couldn’t get a hold of her, with everything going on I really needed her phone to be fixed. Christian helped fix my issue, got me a new phone while still saving me money and on top of all of that he even called my cable company to help me lower my internet bill that guy needs a raise or promotion ASAP ! Thanks Christian you’re the best !!

Christian the store manager is excellent I went to this store a while back and they got me set up with a new phone and AT&T TV. The one big issue I had was my cable, home phone, and internet was all bundled in together and the cable company kept giving me a hard time when trying to get rid of the cable. Telling me your bill is going to be higher. I called Christian Right away and told him what was going on and he told me to bring in everything I had for Cox and he would call them himself personally and lower my bill! Well Im here to tell you he did just that. Im now saving over 1300 a year because he took the time out of his busy schedule to help me out. Give this guy a raise! I already bought him lunch lol

I went in today to switch over my service and Miguel was the one who helped me. If you want a more personal experience rather than feeling like you’re just another customer, he’s your guy!! Amazing service and he did everything he could to get me set up and ready to go!

I promise I will never try to take my business to another location again. This has been my store for over 5 years and the ONE time I try to visit another, it was a mess. Very thankful to Miguel and Christian who helped me out. Ended up spending more time there than I intended (zero fault of their own- they were fixing what was messed up on my account and getting me a new phone in the process), but their customer service and humor made it entertaining.

I previously visited this location and a diagnostic was performed. Only this visit I was told AT&T stores do not perform this service and I would need to go to Best Buy (Geek Squad) at my expense? So the cost of my cellphone service does not include an AT&T tech troubleshooting my phone for free? The store rep offered to check phone but never did and seemed limited in her responses as if ensuring not to say anything that would look bad on AT&T. However, Im to continue paying for a service that with every system upgrade my service gets crappier?Will be looking elsewhere for better service.

Very disappointed. went to trade up to a Galaxy Note, and individual helping me was not very knowledgeable, and he failed to transfer all files from old phone to new.

Horrible Customer Service. I bought a phone case and it was not what my wife wanted. I went in to return it, no one in the store knew how to do a return and had to text a manager to ask. I did not have time to wait so I said I would come back later. I went back about an hour later and they called the manager who chastised the employee on speaker phone for calling him to ask how to do a return. I waited 20 min and they were not able to process the return because they did not have authorization. I left again. I got a call 2 hours later telling me that they could not process a return today and I had to come back when other people were present. I went to another AT&T store to return it and it turns out this is not a real AT&T store, just an authorized retailer so AT&T could not accept the return either. Completely unacceptable that you cannot process a return 20 minutes after buying it. I am leaving town tomorrow, so now I have to go to this exact store on my way out of town to HOPEFULLY get my money back.

My experience was good the person that helped me in the store was attentive was able to answer all myquestions about the changes that would happen with my new plan what the cost would be and how that would affect my future bill explained the advantage of automatic bill pay.

Terrible customer service. Lacks knowledge about company system, making critcal errors in transferring five family numbers from sprint to AT&T. One of the worest experience as new customer. Issues include, activating a number prematurely from the scheduled activation date and mailing one of the phones to the wrong address. It took us 5 days to resolve the issues, several hours of store visitations and a phone call with customer service multiple times, not to mention the inconvenience with service interruption. I caution anyone before thinking to go to this store.

My husband just got out from the store. One of the employee was sitting watching his phone and never stranded up to talk. It was like He wasn’t there. Poor customer service. He didn’t buy anything but Ihewould if the employee had more initiative.

Staff trys to help you... usually fails. Ive walked in there on two occasions and the staff wont even acknowledge you.. once I placed an order for my iPhone I got charged for it but it never showed up and on top of that it came with attitude from their staff that made mistakes on the order! 3 stars due to the fact some of them explained the tedious process and its not always their fault. They refer you to the 1-800 customer service line half the time...

Visited this place with a question about updating my plan. One other customer in the store and two employees, one of whom was assisting the customer. Not sure what the other guy was doing. Certainly not his job. Was told it would be a minute before someone could help me. I waited 15 before giving up and walking out.

When I got at store, no one is there. I waited more than 30 min outside of the store.
