Alexander provided the best Verizon customer service had in years! I brought in my old equipment and Alexander helped to trade in and put the value against my new phone and tablet. Alexander has the integrity of a future manager. Would you believe Alexander found a scratch on my new tablet and went back to get a new one? I didnt notice the scratch at all! Alexander took the time to ensure a proper transfer of my old equipment to my new equipment. I noticed Alexander was also helping her colleagues while servicing me. I am relieved that customer service is still a priority!

My phone screen broke! I went to Verizon store and Ly was there. She was very knowledgeable and straight forward. She told me that you have this options based on what you have now. Since I needed the phone right away, I bought a new phone. She set up my new phone for me, installed the screen protector carefully (Very neat!), and installed the phone case.My experience EXCELLENT! Very neat!

Worse customer service. Everything was fine until I declined to buy overpriced accessories. The sales lady was rude and didn’t completed my phone setup properly. Sellers overreach pushing the sale and become rude if you don’t buy the accessories. I recommend to avoid this store.

My S8 phone was not connecting to my android auto so I came in thinking I would have to buy a new phone. The reps in the store were very helpful and didnt automatically pressure me to get a new phone. They were able to fix my issue, but I asked about the new S21. After Shay explained the options and costs it allowed me to be more comfortable and willing to purchase a new phone. Shay as well as the others were very friendly, professional, helpful and very knowledgeable.

Brittany spent hours helping my son and I with the purchase of two new phones and watches. She maintained professionalism throughout the entire process and effectively communicated everything that needed to get done along the way. We were able to observe the interactions of the other staff members and found that they all displayed excellent customer service! Will definitely return to this location!

I had a great experience with Brittany at this Verizon store today. She was effecient, friendly and patient.I arrived exactly as they were opening which also meant no line!

At Little River Turnpike store: I arrived and followed the instruction to wait outside and an assistant would come out to get me. No one came out even though they saw me. Then after 5mins of waiting outside, I went in and saw the check-in instructions and followed those instructions. Per their instructions, after checking in, I waited in my car for them to text me when it was my turn. After 30mins of waiting, I went inside and Ly came and greeted me immediately. From there, everything went smoothly. Ly was the best and an awesome representative. Her patience and understanding was beyond superb. She made the transition seamless from my old phone to my new upgraded phone. She deserves a promotion. I would give it a 5 star but the check in process was terrible. When you try to do the right thing and follow the instructions, no one treats you right. Ly came and saved the day and I was able to give it a 4 star 🌟🌟🌟🌟. Otherwise, it wouldve been a 1 star 🌟 .

Brittany was super helpful today at the Verizon store on Little River Turnpike in Alexandria, VA. My old iPhone 6 froze trying to install the latest software update from Apple. Brittany explained this is a common problem with older iPhones. Without any pressure she reviewed my upgrade options. Then she patiently moved everything from my old phone to my new iPhone 8 SE. There were a few other senior customers being helped while I was there. I noticed how nicely Brittany and her colleagues greeted each customer, asked how they might help them and the patiently guided them through the selection/purchase process. I did not detect any high pressure sales tactics like Ive seen at other stores. Ive shopped at this particular Verizon store for a number of years and will continue to do business there. I had the worst experience at this store. I went in last week since I was having issues with backing up my device. As soon as I walked in I could hear a female employee speaking loudly on her cell. As I approached the customer service desk I was talking to a male employee. I explained my problem to him. He informed me that the store closed at 8:00 so there wasnt enough time to do the back there. Which made sense. The female employee continued speaking loudly and once she was done started helping a customer who had walked in with a problem. She interrupted my conversation with the gentleman to get his help and started a conversation with him about something. So I stopped talking until she was done. So I continued once she left - a few minutes later she came back and interrupted me a second time and started another conversation with the person who was helping me without any regard for my time. At that point it was 7:30 and clearly my time didnt seem important to them so I walked out of the store. Worst customer service....I will never go back to this store ever.

The only information they were able to provide about getting a new phone turned out to be incorrect when I looked online later. Just had 20+ devices sitting out with no labels or information and salesmen seemed very unknowledgeable, absolutely zero way to make any decisions in store. I guess you just assume everyone buys new phones online now?

I visited the Verizon store at the Plaza at Landmark in Alexandria, VA today. I had something that was very trivial that I needed to check into/get done concerning my cell phone if possible (something that was important to me). I was assisted by Myrna; she was friendly, very patient, and in a short period of time, she solved my problem! Good job Myrna!!

Called 3 times trying to speak with someone about exchanging a brand new phone that the volume doesnt work on. Each time, someone quickly picks up and puts you on hold without even saying anything. I was on hold the first 2 times for 10 and 8 minutes. Good customer service will at least answer and let you know it will be more than 10 minutes and to call back.

The customer service is garbage. I went in there with questions to ask and nobody greeted me as I walked through the door. There were 3 ladies working the front and no one reached out to help us. We waited for 30 before another customer walked in and got greeted and attended to immediately. They need to work on their customer service skills because it is lacking tremendously.

My experience here was perfect. Great service. I believe the associate that assisted me was josh. First thing he did was explained to me how i was paying too much for my plan and helped me adjust it. Then helped me get the iPhone as well as the iPad after I was misinformed on the current promotion. I only come here because its convenient and less than half a mile from where I reside. Most of the times Ive come here (with some exceptions back in the early 2000s; my family and I have been verizon customers since the mid 90s.) Ive waited at least 15 to 20 minutes when they arent very busy. Its difficult to get someone to truly help out with what I need done and I try get what I need via their website instead. That being said when I do get someone who cares about what they do they are very helpful and well versed in their job. I usually ask for a manager when I cant get my questions answered.Its larger than most other verizon retailers and is always clean. I rarely leave there feeling calm and collected. When its crowded youre better off coming back another time or going somewhere else.

Very unfriendly staff. Go only if you have to. If you buy a $1000 phone and they put your phone glass case on wrong, its not their fault! They tell you that after you buy the phone the bundle and the package with the charger. Constantly rushing you and just want to get your money.Overall less than helpful staff!It you go there only deal with Mr Rafel (very knowlgable and professional).
