Loved it.🥰 My tech was very good and took her time. My nails are the perfect length shape and they arent crooked like my last attempt at a different salon. Everyone was so nice. Ill definitely be back. They made my nails very happy!!!!

I was excited About the service and enjoyed the experience until I checked out. When I arrived i was asked what type of Pedicure I wanted i said the basic $25. When i cashed out my bill was $35 dollars. I guess their was a communication error. So be specific instead of saying the name quote the price. Money is understood. I want go back because I don’t like being cheated based on language.

Went to get a polish change and didn’t even file my nails after taking polish off. Now my nails look worse than before. Sloppy and paint still left on skin. Shape isn’t even sharp square anymore. My first time going was great, although my second experience could’ve been way better

Megan and her staff are awesome. I use their services for nail overlay, pedicures and eyebrows. Everything is always done in a timely manner. On a few occasions Ive had my gel polish peel off and I wondered what the problem was. They informed me that peeling of the polish occurs when you dont fully put your hand in the nail dryer. Even though it was no fault of theirs they fixed the nails free of charge. Always a satisfied customer!!

The manager is rude and there is a huge communication barrier. They did a horrible job on my pedicure. It was messy and not what I asked for.

My nails look so clumpy and not shaped sharply. Came in for the first time and got gel, service was great, got gel the second time and it chipped less than a week after service. Got the fixed and it was no better

The owner was very rude, went to have my eyebrows waxed. They had no customers in the salon, was very upset b/c I didnt want my nails done. Told me I couldnt come back to have my brows done,unless I got there other services. Horrible service!!

My nail chipped and cracked less than 48 hrs after I received the service just recently. My first experience there was questionable. They did not place plastic bags in the foot spa and didn’t really seem to follow decontamination procedures. When I returned for a fill I then noticed my cuticles were not cut (nor were they the first time) and the nails didn’t last very long.

My nails are naturally long and think. My coworkers nails are always cute and look professionally done so they recommend this shop. I went in to get a overlay refill and the guy told me 18 upon finishing my nails he told me 25. After looking at my nails they were shaped wrong and uneven. First and last time!

Ridiculous please do not come got my eyelashes done and it came off the next day I came to them they started giving me an attitude and wanted me to pay for my eyelashes and I also did my nails with them the next day the design was coming off really bad job

Really no stars!! This is the worst nail salon in Alexandria, la!!! The absolute worst!!! The people (owners) are extremely rude and like to charge extra on slower days for standard things. They made it appear to be my fault for asking why they were charging certain things that were not charged before. This was suppose to be a nice girls day for my daughter, but instead it turned into one of the worst experiences of a lifetime. Also, if you would notice, the 5 star reviews are mostly from relatives that Im sure work there. If you have a choice, which we all do, choose another shop, or be ready to deal with a rude, not caring about the customers needs, truculent environment!!! Horrible!! This place has the rudest staff. They would not give my daughter a pedicure and after waiting almost 45 minutes we get skipped for a regular customer. Being busy is no excuse customer service is how you maintain a good base.

While once a loyal customer to this establishment, I no longer reccommend Star Nails & Spa. On slow days, they like to try and charge more, arguing with the customer and trying to get the customer frustrated. The way the staff speaks to you is often in a rude manner. Good customer service definitely isnt one of their main priorities. I wouldnt reccommend going here, especially if you dont plan on spending extra to do something that would have been free otherwise, had it been a better day of business. Absolutely horrible. We are finding a new place to get our nails done, with a possibly less hostile environment.

This is the only nail shop I use. Best pedicures and ombré nails in town! I live coming here and they always remember their customers and what the customers like.

First off Id give this zero stars if I could. But we are from out of state. Came with my niece and nephews who have never been to get a pedicure. I sat down and put my feet into ive cold water. No one came to fix it for over 15 minutes. The man with the glasses sat down to do my feet. I told him Id like the number 1 (luxury one for $47). He shook his head that he understood what I said. He was rough with my pedicure. I asked him to cut my nails short and straight across due to me being diabetic. It took 9 mins from the time he sat down until he finished painting my toenails. I asked if that was for sure the number one. He got an attitude about me not asking him. Went to my niece to check in with her mid conversation of trying to pick out a color he interrupts us and says next time you come in here you tell me number 1. I politely stated I did and then he proceeded to repeat himself. I finally said that Im from out of state and that I stated I wanted a number 1. So forward to all but 2 of us being done and the rest of us waiting. The man came right over to me and said I needed to pay NOW. So dont go here and waste your money on think greasy lotion, terrible service, and a disgusting paint job.will post picture.

This place was terrible we didn’t even enjoy our pedicure which was less than 15 min . They wouldn’t cut our nails to correct length. The staff was extremely rude. Coast was supposed to be 40$ but tried to make us pay 50 but ended up paying 46$ for an liner in the tub . It’s also not right to have to pay for a liner to keep sanitary . We were also not sure if the manicure Tools were sanitary either.
