Loved it. My tech was very good and took her time. My nails are the perfect length shape and they arent crooked like my last attempt at a different salon. Everyone was so nice. Ill definitely be back. They made my nails very happy!

Stopped in yesterday with a friend and we both got a full set and pedicures and they did a great job with both of us ! We were able to enjoy ourselves. I liked how I didnt feel rushed for once. Most nail places I go to make it feel like I need to hurry up when its all on them.

When they first opened it was a good place to go and atmosphere was so relaxing. The last two times because I gave benefit of the doubt and tried again.... was horrible service. I barely got lotion rubbed on my legs(no massage) and when I got the mani I had to actually asked for lotion and it was squirted in my palm and was told rub together and then told you are done. No massage of any kind with mani and only a rub down of lotion for 2 seconds on legs. They hurry you through and make you feel so rushed. I paid $75 for both and have never been so unhappy with a service as I was yesterday.

They did an awesome job on my nails. Theyre prices were kinda steep though.

Facility is clean. With that being said we came in for mani/pedis. My feet barely touched the water and she already started on my pedi. They put zero effort into my mani. They have no pride or passion for their job. Just there to rip you off and act like they dont understand. Save your money this place doesnt care about quality service.

I got a pedicure done here and the service was terrible. They took a long time not attending to me and was back and forth with three different people working on me. Most basic services given here and they couldnt tell me straight up if they could do designs or not and poorly attempted to anyway to upcharge me. And the lady whomever was grooming my toes gave me an ingrown toenail that I had to deal it for 6 months!! Ive never had that before in my life and it was very painful to deal with. I would not recommend.

DONOT go there,they over charge me for set of nail and paint toes, I pay $57 for that. When I pay $ 35 any where else. So money hungry, never again.

I am usually very picky when selecting a nail salon... I had a minor nail emergency today and found the closest salon which was Happy Nails... By far the BEST nail salon Ive found in Louisiana. The prices are super reasonable, they take their time, and make sure their work is perfect. I went in for a pedicure but was so impressed with their services I stayed for nails, waxing and a massage😄 I will make the 45 min drive, they are so worth it!! 👍👍

I love all of the polish options. High quality service. The only reason I didn’t give 5 stars is because even though I made an appointment it took over 2 hours to finish mani and pedi because of over booking or understaffing

They were really unfriendly. I tried talking to them but I felt ignored. Not cool when you pay 100+ for nails. My almond shaped nails turned out uneven and not level at my cuticles. I wish they took their time more and focus on making a meat product.

Short- Very clean, awesome prices, sweet people, fast but efficient.Long- I had a wonderful pedicure and gel manicure here. They were sweet and started on me right away. The feet massage was great and there was also a lady who gave me a massage on my arms and shoulders and then I got another arm/hands massage for my manicure. The place itself is super clean and nice. Everybody who came in was worked on right away. The best part? My pedicure and gel manicure total was $43! This would be my go to salon if I lived in Alexandria!

Extremely rude, and if I can give zero stars I would. How can an establishment be called Happy Nails when customer service isnt a priority??? If it were the last nail shop on earth, my nails would just have to go without being done.....

I went in to get a pedicure, manicure and browse done. I had to leave before my brows and manicure were done cause the lady worked on my feet for an hour. Havent been able to go back to complete the service. I will though. They are very nice and friendly and do a good job.

I’m sitting in the salon as I type I’ve been here for an hour.. a lady came took the polish off then left... ten minutes later she comes back and ask me can she take someone else because they was here before me.. I said I guess because my daughters was here getting their nails done also, but I will not be coming back here.. She walks off and comes back and starts taking the rest of the polish which she had left on my nail off talking in another language very loudly being rough with my hands and still ended leaving polish on my nails.. I just told her I would go somewhere else...I shouldn’t have never came back after the messed up my nail shape two weeks ago but they’re the closest to my house. NEVER EVER WILL I COME HERE AGAIN‼️‼️

A friend and I went to get our nails done and waited the better part of an hour with almost no interaction. We didnt even know where we could find swatches of the polishes. We ended up leaving for another salon. Also, looking at the prices, Im glad I left. I suppose theyre just understaffed??

I usually dont give reviews at all (let alone negative ones), however, after two attempts with this place I figured I should warn others.I usually go to another salon on Jackson st. But due to a busy schedule and location (being near Happy Nails), I figured it wouldnt hurt to try another place. Mistake. I walked in at 5:30 thinking that I would have plenty of time during my sons nearly 2 hour long practice. Wrong. I had to call another mom to pick him up from practice. I ended up not leaving until almost 7:30. To top it off, many of my nails were either messed up or only halfway painted. I think I had more polish on my fingers than the nails themselves. I am a forgiving person, so I tried again during the same situation (time and location). Mistake again. Took just as long as the first time and I had to get pretty ugly with the girl doing my nails. She missed two entire steps for the gel nails, leaving them wet/sticky to the touch and was just going to send me on my way. I had to call another technician over and explain to her that gel nails should be hard to the touch when I leave, not leaving with visible fingerprints all over them. She fixed the issue, however less that a week later the polish was chipping/peeling away. So much for 21 day wear. I went right back to my trusted salon and had a re-do with no problems.

Ive NEVER had a good experience at this place. Until today, I had not been there in the last year. Today my friend asked me to go with her so I thought I would give them another chance. Not much has changed, I felt they were very rude and bossy. I said I did not want a new set; the man demanded I get a new set...so I did. Then i told him I wanted French tip with pearl at the base; he told me I needed to get solar (I decided to just get gel paint instead of arguing with him). The only thing he asked and actually listened to was the length. My new set is flat at the base, thick on the tip, and not painted on the sides. Terrible service & terrible nails!

I have been going to happy nails since they opened. Ive used 1 of the ladies there for 19 years. I am so happy with the service that I drive an hour to get there. Working in Lake Charles I have alot of other options but never pleased with any other place.

I used to receive great service; but, it has declined significantly in the past year. During a pedicure the tech became distracted and lost control of the nail drill. Consequently she damaged two of my toenails. It took several months for them to heal and grow. So, I stopped getting pedicures there. Then, in the last two months the manager/owner chastised me for not washing my hands properly. Last week a different tech did the same thing except she was rude, arrogant, and hurtful. I thanked her and told her that I would not return. She said, ok go somewhere else and see what your nails look like. They also call out the amount of tips which I view as a tactic to pressure customers to increase the amount of their tips. I find the culture to be elitist and not appreciative of their customers. I would never recommend or return to this business ever again in life.

Chipped Nails after only one day. They told me they were gel nails. By the way just for them to paint your nails with gel is $18. Absolutely ridiculous. They are also extremely rude. The absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. I already have long beautiful nails and I only wanted to get them painted. The way she was responding to me was like I was a cheapskate for just getting my nails painted. I hate acrylic and will never have them put on my nails. I came back the next day and they didnt even offer to repaint my nails which where absolutely disgusting looking. This is not a happy nails place. Bad business!!!

I changed my rating from 4 to 3 to 1! This place use to be awesome but it gets worse each time I go back. They are below average now. I inquired about a particular set of nails and I was told by The owner they are expensive and to boot he asked if I could handle that! HOW RUDE. I know that! He never showed me the nail set I asked about and the tech said next time! There will not be a next time! Don’t assume your costumers can’t afford what they ask for, it doesn’t look good on your reviews!!!!

Worst nail shop Ive ever been too first they couldnt use my glitter then he said you have to pick from our nails he was rude and when I asked why he said we cant do it then he walked off after I been sitting there waiting for 20 mins he rushed on my nails and by the end of the night they hurt so bad I had to take them off.
