I have not used them. Ive tried to walk in twice and they said they were bus, make an appointment. There was only one person in the pedicure chair and 3 workers. I guess I dont know how walking ins welcome works 🤷🏾‍♀️

Susan does an amazing job! She never disappoints her clients!! She gives an amazing service! I totally recommend her to anyone!!!

I have been to almost every nail salon in Kingstowne and I was never happy, for different reasons.I finally went through Google reviews and found they had more stars them all the other ones. So I thought I would try them out, knowing my nails are destroyed.I can only Gove high praise to Suzanne.She took the impossible amd saved my nails workout me getting a new acrylic set before my vacation.My manicure and pedicure came out amazing and I walked out of there satisfied and relax. I am definitely going to make this place my number one choice in the area.Be smart call the day prior and make an appointment with Suzan. Shes off on Tuesdays. However, they do take walk ins all the time

I love this place!! All the nail technicians are really sweet and patient. Their pricing is the best I’ve seen in NOVA too. Lan is especially skilled and really takes her time to ensure you get the best service. They also offer point cards with 10% off every 5th visit and one of the owners Daniel (I think) is also super nice! Thank you, I’ll be back again soon :)

I walked in and had such a great experience. I’ve been to quite a few nail techs, but Nail Pro has the best service. Dep did my full set acrylics and they look amazing. I was asked whether I liked how my nails looked after every single step. She was extremely kind, and took her time to perfect my nails. I would definitely recommend coming to Nail Pro!

Theyre friendly people, but way too rushed and aggressive with manicures. Ruined my supposed to be a relaxing experience after a long shopping day. My Cousin had a great time and nice looking nails at Our Day Spa that s locate a block a way along Franconia Villas. I will try Our Day Spa next time when I am in the area.

Great service- got finger nail extensions with pink/white powder finish. 💗 Awesome woman technician with exceptional skills made my visit very pleasant!

Really like them. Courteous and polite. I like to make an appointment and when I shoe up I get take at my time. Alot of nails places end up making you wait even if you have appointments.

This place is the best nail shop in this area. They do an amazing job. I love my nail technician Dep. She is the best at her craft.My nails last at least 3 weeks with no nail breakage. No better shop in Alexandria.

This place is THE worst! The woman who did my nails couldn’t file them all evenly into a very basic square shape. They were all different lengths and shapes. She had to call another woman over to fix it and by then my nails were so short from the first woman trying unsuccessfully to shape them. Then she starts doing the polish and on every single nail she painted my skin and then went back with a paint brush with acetone to remove the excess polish. It looked horrendous. Ray Charles could’ve done a better job. It was so bad that another nail tech came over and offered to redo the entire thing. So they filed all of the gel polish off, leaving me with paper thin nails, and they started over from the beginning. After 3 hours in this place and a gel manicure and pedicure that looks terrible, they still charged me full price.

Pretty basic housewife manicure. If its anything outside french manicure, oval or square be ready for a rushed incomplete experience.

Horrible customer service!!! I called on the phone prior to coming to the salon, even though I was already in route. I get all the way here 5 mins after I spoke to them. They didn’t even want to speak to me when I walked through the door. Then proceeded to speak in their language, the lady I spoke to walked away and another lady said nobody wanted to do my nails today, come back tomorrow. Unprofessional and rude. I will never return to this salon

I Was here a couple of months ago, Dep was not available that day So i had suzan as my nail tech she did an okay job but she was kinda rushed and i was not completely happy with my nails but i had no choice but to left her finish.
