Im not one to leave reviews (or bad ones at that) but I just want other people to be aware, I took my car in to get detailed and picked it up the day of the covid shutdown (April 10th). When I put my weather tech floor mats back in place, my back seat weather techs were missing, I called the owner, he said he would keep in touch with me to get them back. Ive tried contacting him and leaving messages to get them back, and still cant get ahold of him.

The owner of #detailsdoneright is always dedicated to doing quality detailing work and meets and exceeds all my needs for my brand image. Ive always had excellent customer service and friendly conversation as well as knowledge in new products and services that Joshua offers. Details done right in Alexandria is the best detailing service and over all experience Ive had in the state 5 state upper mid West region as a traveling artist who feels that brand image is very important from my vehicle to my art!

Absolutely outstanding!! The kids and I practically live in our Traverse. Constantly running to sports, hunting & fishing adventures, meals on the go, long road trips = lots of wear n tear, spills, dirt, and crumbs! I cannot believe he got the coffee, mud, and other unidentified stains out!! Im super impressed and will definitely be back for yearly deep cleanings! My only regrets are: not doing this sooner and forgetting to snap before pics!! Money well invested!!

If I could give this a 0 star, I would. Josh had my boat canopy for 6 weeks and did not call back once when I tried to get ahold of him. Went to his business location and found out he got kicked out because he had not paid rent for four months. He has other people’s canopy’s just laying in a pile on the dirty floor. I ended up having to track him down at his residence in Starbuck just to get my canopy back!

I have taken my vehicle here many times. And he does a wonderful job. Ive even called and said I needed help with a spill and he did it. Hes awesome I recommend him to EVERYONE!

They always do a fantastic job of detailing my car. Very thorough. Super friendly staff, too.

Josh is highly knowledgeable and very skilled and willing to share as well.
