So, where to begin ...? They have hardly anybody working there. You leave messages and you dont get calls back. They have different part-time people there on different days. They say they take appointments only, but you cant make appointments because you cant get in touch with anybody. Nobody answers the phone- and half the time it just goes to busy signal. And besides that, I was refused by two people who work there for just a plain, desperately needed hair wash and haircut, because they did not want to deal with African American hair. Ill let you draw your own conclusions. And besides that, apparently, the only person who did African American hair, just quit today along with somebody else, so the business is basically dead. You think the owner would care more about all of this, at a time where people are in desperate need of hair care.! Boo on Supercuts.

My regular salon cancelled at the last minute, and I decided to go to Super Cuts. I was nervous about trying someone new. Amy took me in right away and did an amazing job on my hair. She did exactly what I asked and was friendly. Plus, the price is affordable compared to other salons in town. I will definitely be back to see her again.

I took both of my sons. The older stylist did a good job. However, the younger did a horrible job. I specifically told her it would be only a trim. The haircut ended up being something I could have done at home. It was horrible. I will never return.

According to my husband, it’s the worst haircut he ever had. LOL! Even my bad haircut I got him during lockdown was way better! Now, he has to find another place to get it fixed.

Its always tough getting your haircut, especially with at a new place. But Amy was amazing. I had no faith and she noticed I was nervous. I kept looking at the mirror because some stylists just get too eager. By far the best Haircut I can remember.

Lovely people but the haircuts are mediocre at best. The only reason I go back it’s that is so convenient. Please Supercuts, take note of this comment and give the staff some training. Thanks

Gave me a great haircut fast and efficiently. Very friendly service definitely a likable staff. Good for the occasional haircut. I enjoyed how the staff was relatable and honest. Yeah, just consider this place for haircut

Horrible! The lady barely spoke a word of English and didn’t understand one thing I asked her. Wanted a 5 on the sides, half inch to an inch off on top. She took off over an inch on top and buzzed my sides. Also didn’t ask how I’d like my sideburns or how I like the back. My hair is butchered completely. Your employees should be able to understand the customer not just nod their head and start cutting!

Very nice ladies who work here. Ms. Billie was amazing with my 6 year old. It was like getting a haircut from an aunty :) The cut was pretty good, but both my daughter and I wish it was shorter. I think some stylists dont believe my kiddo when she says she likes it super short, because that happens a lot :D

Would not recommend anyone to this barber shop I was the only person there and they rushed my hair cut was super rough and not professional at all the guy there with tattoos that was giving my hair cut smelt like a pack of cigarettes and to complete it all after I showered when I got home hair is completely uneven.to you my man with the tattoos find a better career obviously this one isnt for you.
