DO NOT GO TO THIS BARBER SHOP!!Worst Experience!! I would never recommend them...the hairstylist ruined my sons haircut and was not even willing to accept his mistake.

Great local place. Low key barbershop, plenty of seating and free WiFi. I went in mid-day Monday and waited about 8 min (no problem). Henry gave me the cut I asked for and does a great high-fade. Swing by and support small business!

The Barbers are great in getting you in and out! You dont have to wait long! My barber is Sonny and he is friendly and quick in cutting your hair precisely! Prices are reasonable. Place is always clean and bright. Highly recommend!

I went there looking to get a beard trip and to shave my head, very simple. I spent a year growing my beard and the lady who cut my beard literally chopped it almost all off. I showed her a picture and everything. total disaster. It was a painful experience. I will never go or recommend this place. The other barbers were late and some didnt even show up. I was trying to be open and giving a woman a chance to cut my hair. never again

Asked for a mid fade. The closest I can say that I got was a high fade. My hair is faded up 1 inch higher on one side than the other. Missed all of the hair around my ears. Random patches missed throughout the sides and back of my hair as well. This haircut was abysmal.

My go to barbershop in Alexandria! They are so professional and friendly. As an African American, not everyone can cut my hair well, but these barbers do a great job. Their diverse clientele speaks volumes about their skills. There is never a very long wait due how well they staff the shop and they focus on customer service. Cash only though, but no big deal. 👍🏾

Very clean and friendly environment. Quick service with no hassle of trying to upcharge or sell product like other places Ive gone to.They allow walk-ins, have a great price and dont bother you with chatting if you want a chill haircut.They are cash only so bring cash if you dont want to go to the laundromat atm.Also please tip your barber they are giving a great service and charging low enough to make it affordable.

Been going for years, always ask for Don. Excellent, talented barber. Ive had my hair long, short, and in between. He always does what I ask and he always makes it look good - real pro.

It’s difficult not to give this place 5 stars. Everyone was nice and professional and the haircut itself wasn’t bad. However, it really wasn’t what I asked for. There was a bit of a language barrier in explaining what I was looking for, which is perfectly ok as long as you are able to talk through things and get on the same page. It was just a touch on the expressive side as well.

These guys cut hair great! Theyre always quick and the service is great. The price is good too, I usually pay $17 for my haircut. I usually get my haircut with Sonny, but any one of the guys there will be able to do a great job. If youre looking for a barber, look no further!

I was looking for a new barber in the area found this place near my job. I needed up getting Henry, and he was great. I decided to tell me what i didnt want and he knew what I was looking to get. He cuts differently then i was used to, But the end result was great!. And I was charged less than what i got a custom too. I found my new spot. Give Henry a try.

Sonny - A excellent barber. His haircut are always 100% the way you would like them to be every time. He pays attention to detail and is very skilled at fades, skill cuts, and modern styles. Plus he has a wit that makes the whole experience entertaining to be around. I always recommend Sonny to military and other friends alike that are new to the area. So far no one has been unimpressed.Henry - Another excellent barber. He does a mean fade and skill cut. Always uses a straight razor to edge the neck, and sides. Warm disposition and a joy to be around.There is another guy there but his name eludes me. He also does a good job when Sonny has a line of people and I just dont want to wait.There is a lady barber there but honestly I have never had good experience with lady barbers giving me fades so I tend not to go to her. I cant give her a rating in this case at all so I wont.

I asked the right style of haircut that i asked for then proceeded to give me what i didn’t ask for. pushed my hairline back fussed with me& told me to “go back to your normal barber. “ mind you I’m African American in this establishment.I will post a picture aswell that he said he didn’t cut into. Mind you i switched barbers to the owner & he repeated the same instead of boxing me 90 degrees.. even pulled up a picture of angles to ensure .i wrote this review in store aswell he told me go ahead!

I had a great experience here. The whole thing took 25 minutes. 10 minutes of waiting and 15 minutes getting my hair cut. I couldnt be happier with the way it turned out. My old barber would take 45 minutes and couldnt do nearly as good of a job as these guys. There were 4 or 5 barbers on a Saturday midday with 1 to 3 people waiting.

Haircut $17, Beard Trim $8. What I got doesnt look bad, but its not what I wanted. I asked for short on the sides and long on the top. Lets see, side short-yes, long on top-nope just a tad longer than the sides. She basically gave me a regular haircut. I asked her to make my beard look neat. I had only practiced limited trimming for the five months Ive been growing it. It was 2 inches now its only 1 inch! It usually takes about a week for a haircut to grow out and look good, its going to take a month for my beard to grow back decently. I am dissatisfied. 3 stars b/c it still looks ok, and she was quite meticulous. I had to take my glasses off while getting the cut so I couldnt really see what she was doing. Plus I had to lean my head back during the beard trim. I should have interrupted her just to see what she was doing.

I had a 10 oclock appointment. When I got there I was told that she had two people walked that she didnt expect so I was told to wait for over an hour to been seen. I told her that she made an appointment with me but it didnt faze her at all. And I asked the other lady to take me I was told she was busy also but the second lady kept taking other people. If I wasnt desperate I would have walked out. I thought business comes mostly from word of mouth. I will not have anything but bad reviews. Would never suggest Haur cuttery even for my worth enemy.

Worst haircut ever!

Called to ask if I could schedule a time for a haircut and was told to just come right now. Asked if he could give me a price estimate for a simple haircut and he just kept saying I need to come in right now and refused to say how much I could expect to spend then he hung up on me. Very disappointed in their service over the phone and they lost a customer for life.

Excellent, straightforward cuts in a cheerful, no-frills environment

I have been using this barber shop for over ten years. I can always count on getting a good hair cut and beard trim. All four of the barbers are professional and good at what they do. Their customer base is comprised of all ethnicities (White, Black, Spanish, Asian, etc.) and genders.The shop is always clean and well maintained. Its open seven days a week. It features a large screen TV, free Wi-Fi, and plenty of parking spaces. The shop is close to BJs Wholesale Club, Safeway, CVS, and a car wash. This allows you to complete additional chores after your weekly haircut.I highly recommend this barber shop.

Absolutely terrible. Last time I came here I couldnt get a haircut for a month from irritation. I decided to give them another chance and he cuts too much off and charges $25 for a tape up. Horrible experience.

Overall solid barber shop, only gripe is that I received a razor fade from one of the barbers and didnt get a quick alcohol rub which resulted in really bad razor bumbs.Sunny makes that place awesome though regardless
