Technician came out to do the repair initially. There was still a defect after the repair. Attempted to redispatch for over a month, but was constantly ignored. Reached out to another vendor to perform the repair that they should have done at first the correct way.

After my work order entered into procurement a technician was sent by FAHW to verify my systems actually failed. By some miracle this vendor finds nothing. If you see them as a contractor to FAHW refuse their service and ask for a new vendor!!! #shady

I contacted DMV appliance repair to get my kenmore oven baking element repaired. They were able to provide same day service within 3 hours of my contact with them. Their technician was very efficient and professional. He was wearing mask and told me that they regularly monitor their temperature.
