Dont come here if you want to feel cared for or treated fairly.
United airlines customer service is the worst I have ever experienced. I fly a lot and this is one of the worst airlines. They are very rude, impatient, and not helpful to anyone.
Was treated fairly. The hostess and all gate keepers were professional and sympathetic when flights were delayed
Most money grubbing airline I have ever used. They would rather fly empty seats than move paying passengers forward in the plane.
In December of 2017 I drove 25 miles to the United ticket counter to purchase a ticket. I have found thru previous experiences with United that if you call them to buy a ticket, they are in India and dont speak English, misspell your name on the ticket or mess it up some way.Well after paying $8 to park, I get to the counter, and 3 people were there, nobody in line and one of the 3 was a supervisor. I explained to her that I wanted to get a ticket, and she literally sighed and fumbled around with the computer... then I told her where I would like to connect and she was like Well there is no possible way we can do that, blah blah and I gave her the flight numbers and showed her that yeah they can.Suddenly her computer had to be rebooted and and 20 other little excuses about why she cant sell me a ticket from the counter... at the airport...This went on for about 30 minutes... then she began to get rude with me and told me I either need to call them and reserve a ticket or do it online...as I said on the phone they never get my name correct and international flights, if your name doesnt match exactly as your ticket you dont get in the country that you are headed to...so I told her I would be right back...10 minutes later I returned with a ticket from American Airlines and proudly showed them to her.I dont know whats up with United lately but its BS that you cant even buy a ticket at their counter at the airport because their employees are either inept or lazy.
Great flight from DC to Knoxville TN
Lousy bag policy and gate folks werent very kind about it. Wont be flying United again unless Im forced to
Needed to get from Panama City to Knoxville. For a mere 10,000 points, and a 4-hour layover in Houston, this fine airline made it happen.
Was lied to by an employee
