Worst flight experience ive ever had please just choose a different airline. Our flights been cancelled three different times with no resceduled flight for another 4 days. Dont fly allegiant!!!

Allegiant is the only airline that offers super low flights online.I have never used Allegiant airlines before and I would love to save time and money.I would like to fly me and my two sons from Knoxville to Orlando during spring break this year.

This is coming from SFB to Knoxville. I decided to give 5 stars even though I hesitate because I I had never travel with Allegiant. I BEGIN with the Airplane. Very comfy, hallway is spacious for you to walk. Sits are okay for what you pay. Flight Attendants very courteous. Flight was overall smooth.

If I could give it a zero star I would, first and last time flying with this airline if that’s what is called, my flight has been delayed for 9 hours whatsoever they don’t give a single F, there’s no credit to you for the delay or anything, talked to a representative on the phone and she didn’t apologized for the situation I’m having, just ridiculous, never again!

Super helpful. I missef my flight by 5 minutes, but they went out of their way to make sure they got me on a different flight that was only minutes from my original destination and they didnt charge me to make the change. They were so understanding and really cared about my situation.

Customer service is non-existent until 2 hours preflight. Everything is done online or over the phone (hence the discount). Still for a direct flight to the Orlando area it cant be beat. Always on time (or close) - never had a cancelled flight. They are expanding their fleet and adding new Airbus A320 - bigger than the MD-30s they had.IF you use the mobile app you avoid many of the fees (boarding pass print fee at the ticket counter, etc). The app has improved, but I would still strongly recommend taking a screen-shot of your boarding pass if you use on-line check-in (in case your data connection is lost).

The workers in Tn and in Fl are super. If the rating depend on them it would be a 10. However....The scariest ride of my life. The plane sounded like a lawnmower getting ready for its funeral. 😱💀

This airline is a joke but you get what you pay for. We lost our flight due the layback employees of the security area and other people too. When my wife went back to complain about that the personal at the desk was rude and not even care about that. This airport can’t manage rush but the flight schedules don’t help to much. I will not recommend this airline to anyone and if you traveling from this TN airport just be aware that you have to be here with over 3hrs before your flight just in case. Not happy customer, not wants to use this airline again.

Was delayed 3 hours with no explanation of why Westover supposed to take off at 9:41 p.m. to take off till after midnight was so were supposed to land at 1:36 we didnt land till 10 minutes to in the morning I want to call the dispatch on asking why because now I was late for work they said well it just happens if you have any issues you going to have to kind of deal with there are right in for a complaint to the actual board and see what they have to do would rather spend the extra $75 to make sure I get myself home Id rather go with Delta American Airlines next time this is the third time this happen to me

I had a lot of trouble booking my flight on the internet. I couldnt get it to go through. I tried three times. I thought their web site was down. I called them on the customer service line. They said we can not help you. We will have to charge you 14.99.

Just book with a reputable airline! Save yourself the trouble. The staff is so incredibly rude! They don’t care. I was asked on the customer service line if I was on a pay phone since I told them I couldn’t access my computer at that moment. The most condescending person I’ve ever dealt with. Not to mention the flight was 8 hours late... book with a real airline!

My daughters flight was delayed 12 hours. She boarded 4 planes and disembarked 3 of them for mechanical problems. One of the times they actually were in the middle of taking off and they slammed on their brakes and went back to the gate. Everyone was getting $50 vouchers via email each time they had their get back off the plane for a total of three. My daughter did not get hers and I sent in a customer service inquiry and never received a response. Receiving the vouchers is the very least they should do but it was truly a horrible experience with nothing to compensate her. Customer service is as bad as the condition of their planes.

Worst customer service experience when flying out of FLL. My wife and I were running late because for personal reasons. When we got to the bag check in, the woman looked at us and said “We closed the doors already. there’s nothing we can do”. My wife’s started to cry because she was planning this trip for 4 months. The check in lady made it seem like we should turn around and go back home. Very cold. Very unwilling to help.We started to run through the security with our stuff to make it. The people at the gate, however were VERY friendly. They took our checked bag with no problems and let us board the plane. Very professional.Out of TYS McGee (Tennessee).... very friendly on all ends!Unfortunately, the first impression of allegiant wound up being a horrible experience and we will probably stay away from allegiant in the future.

Low-cost airline, good price, the service is fine, for short trips it is very good, if you are very tall you will have a problem in the seats that do not have much space
