I love the service and I can actually talk to people

Worst experience ever. There are 5 of us checked in and waited in line and they shut the door, in your face.

The worst airline. My flight has been changed 5x today and they just dont care. Ill never fly with this airline again. Here I come United Air

On our way to a holiday in the USA, we made the mistake of booking a flight with AA. There was less leg room on the 8 hours 15 minutes long flight with them than on the 2 hour flight to London with British Airways. My personal entertainment centre had a faulty remote, so it was of very limited use. Food and drinks kept running out, so by the time they arrived at my seat on row 36, selections were limited and in one case I was just handed som food with no other options. The only saving grace was a very friendly crew that kept smiling and joking throughout the flight. The rest of the trip was a nightmare.

I understand there is a charge for same day change But standby AssignmentShould be first come first serve but No they look at how much original ticket cost

I had a really bad experience flying American out of McGhee Tyson Airport. It took me over an hour to get thru the line to check in. The front desk staff seemed overwhelmed and werent very understanding. Lots of cancelled flights, missed flights, and unhappy customers. Not a good time

Waited an hour just to check my bag which caused me to miss my flight. Very disorganized up front.

Great airline to fly on and the lines were really smooth
