So today! At the store on Juan Tabo. (Brandon) from AT&T was really helpful and very generous. He took the customer service beyond expected. Gave me everything minute of his time to walk me through how to upgrade my phone and what accessories I can choose from. They have a buy two and one free accessories deal going on right now very awesome of that. So I would stop in before it ends. I would refer my family and friends to talk to (Brandon) every time. His service 100 out of 10.

Kate is absolutely fantastic. Great service and very professional. The only thing is that their network is very slow compared to my h2o wireless which is supposed to use also at &t network even after I turned off the stream saver. No idea what is going on.

Angelina che led in with the other customer who was just waiting, then came to help me. She took the time to answer my questions. She was very knowledgeable and helpful. We changed my plan and then she answered some questions I had about upgrading. I was very happy with the time she took for me. I did not feel rushed and when I left I was very happy . I would not hesitate to go in again, as long as Angelina would be helping me.

Dropped my phone off a roof towards the end of the day and had to get into the store ASAP! Brady T. helped me out last night about an hour before closing and stayed after closing to make sure everything was done correctly. He had no concern over time or getting me out of there by closing. His only concern was making sure I was taken care of. He even reviewed my current plan to make sure I was in the best possible plan based on what I needed. He was able to get me into an upgraded plan and save me money each month! Service, care and kindness was off the charts! Give this man a raise! 5 stars all day!!!! Much appreciated!

Kate V is extremely knowledgeable on the device I purchased. I upgraded from a IPhone 6 to the IPhone 11. I was very confused about the different keys, mainly the home button and how to use this device without one, she walked me thru how to use my new phone in a way that didn’t leave me clueless. She also helped me understand the new Home Screen ability’s. I was very satisfied with the costumer service she provided. She was very informative and assisted me without making me feel stupid for not knowing how to used my device I will be referring friends and family to this specific location all because the help Kate V provided. 10 out of 10 for costumer service!

Very honest customer service. was looking for a landline and she told me theyd been bought out by another company and the reception and internet service wasnt that great. So i simply added on to my stay connected internet service for low income seniors by xfinity and paid very little

I explain, my iPhone 6 is outdated, missing the Sir function icon along with my much needed sms Microphone & no longer receiving updates ☹️ I needed a new iphone with the best price/deal/discount possible for this 20 year loyal AT&T customer. He hooked me up w/an awesome deal! An iPhone Xs with a promotion of $500 off my price tag, with that I was gifted a free Charging station plus a 2nd one for half the price & an expensive screen protector which he put on for me. I’m super duper happy w/the discount, price, free accessories & assistance with restoring all my iCloud info. Wow! My husband & I couldn’t have asked for better service!We Thank you Ruban for all your help, attention & savings. The phone number for this store isnt functional. I only got part of my order and Im having to go back to get the rest of it. Its a 40 minutes drive one way so its really frustrating that I cant get a hold of anyone.

I have been into this store several times and they now have new employees. Since this change this location has been absolutely fantastic. The manager and staff are wonderful, patient and knowledgeable. I would highly recommend this location to anyone with AT&T service. Plus they got me hooked up with DIRECTV at a great rate. They are just a one stop shop for all my home and entertainment needs.

Got waited on quickly, the girl agent knew her stuff and was most courteous and friendly with a good sense of humor. The current deals arent bad either.

Second ATT store today... just trying to switch carriers as my friend put me on her plan... couldnt move the data over because representative didnt have the proper cord...Now Im off to the 3rd.. 7 people ahead of me at this one... one customer rep trying to help all... may just stick with my origin carrier...

I have been with an independent cell phone company for the past 10 years. The company was bought out by AT&T and I was dreading having to switch to this big company. Needless to say Jordan and his team at this store made the transition painless! The customer service was excellent and all my concerns were addressed. My wait time was less than 5 minutes and even though they did not have the phone I needed in stock, they sent someone to fetch it from another store promptly. Having to travel an hour and a half to reach the nearest AT&T retailer is hard, but this is definitely my go to store from now on. Keep up the good work Jordan!

Took alot off get time but Yarely was awesome.

Went to try to activate small non smart phone, associates had no clue how to put sim card in. Female associate puts sim card in wrong way and tells us she cannot help us anymore, helps other customer that just came into door. I needed simple help getting my cellphone activated for work and other personal responsibilities but at&t did not help especially not female associate. Since at&t failed to restore service to my phone I will call the store manager and at&t corporate using someone elses phone 😠
